- AFCONA-2027 is a version of AFCONA – 2025 offered in Ethyl Acetate solvent. This product was specially created for printing ink applications. It can be used in low polar to high polar systems. Thus, it can be used in all printing ink systems, including offset, gravure, flexo and UV systems. For coatings, it is the most suitable defoamer for aliphatic hydrocarbon systems where no aromatic or ketone solvents are allowed.
- Incorporation
- AFCONA-2027 may be incorporated prior to processing. If it is added subsequently, good dispersion must be ensured.
- Addition and Dosage
- 0.1 - 1.0% on total formulation. Under normal conditions, 0.20 - 0.40% based on total formulation is sufficient.

- AFCONA - 2027 should be stored in a cool, dry place. When stored in its original, unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is indicated on the container.
