- Mistron® 353 acts as a reinforcing agent to enhance compound performance by increasing film strength and flexibility. Mistron® 353 has a platy, hydrophobic structure used in architectural and industrial primers to improve barrier properties which impart corrosion resistance and stain blocking ability.
- Mistron® 353 could also be used in plastics as a cost-effective reinforcing agent to improve stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability. In rubber, it acts as a dusting/parting agent.
