Syntran® 1658 is based on a proprietary film-forming polymer technology. Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3645 is a NMP- and TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip resistance and abrasion resistance are required. L-3645 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates, including leather, plastics, metals, and textiles. It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase white board applications when crosslinked.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-4064 is a waterborne polyurethane. It is a resin used in the production of coatings and adhesives. Water-based polyurethane dispersions provide stain resistance in automotive interior plastic paints, lubricity in fly-fishing line coatings, durability in general aviation hangar floors, and crispness in sailcloth.

This technology combines two different ionic structures in the same polymer network, increasing the adhesion to multiple substrates while providing a firm film. This milky dispersion is used in concrete and wood coatings.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-2255 is a high-solids, anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications. Plasticized vinyl sheet can be bonded to itself as well as other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard, and textiles.

Syntran® 1671 is based on a patented bimodal technology with film-forming properties. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

DeCAL 4040 is a self-crosslinking resin for direct-to-metal coatings, a universal thermoplastic Styrene/Acrylic copolymer in emulsion form offering enhanced flexibility, high water resistance, and excellent pigment binding power, adhesion, and gloss. DeCAL 4040 offers good block resistance, good compatibility with associative thickeners, and fast drying.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-2183 is an anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for modifying industrial laminating adhesives. L-2183 may also be used in low tack pressure-sensitive applications. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with vinyl acetate/ethylene, styrene butadiene, and acrylic emulsions. The rheology of L-2183 may be modified with associative or acrylic thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

DeCAL 4287 is a low molecular weight carboxylated acrylic copolymer that can carry very high levels of pigment and provide maximum color development properties at these loadings. It is the same polymer as DeCAL 4286 but is supplied as the monoethanolamine salt for use in formulations where slower drying or better resolubility is required.

DeCAL 9521 is a specially designed dust suppressant for use on all mineral stockpiles, preventing the creation of windborne dust and protecting the environment while saving valuable minerals. It is water-resistant, preventing channeling and slumping of the stockpile due to rainfall. DeCAL 9521 can also be sprayed onto haulage roads to prevent the creation of dust.

DeCAL 4288 is a low molecular weight carboxylated acrylic copolymer that can carry very high levels of pigment, providing maximum color development properties at these loadings. To obtain the full benefits, it's essential to use the highest possible pigment binder ratios and the highest possible pigment loading of DeCAL 4288. It's common to prepare a neutralized solution using either ammonia or monoethanolamine in formulations where slower drying or better resolubility is required.

DeCAL 4202 is an acrylic binder ideally suited for use in water-based flexographic inks for paper and corrugated board. It possesses excellent machine stability and resolubility, viscosity/pH stability, favorable viscosity/dilution curves, and excellent pigment wetting characteristics. It is supplied in its neutralized varnish form.

ACCESS® SF MH30 Fluid is a high-quality silicone fluid that is designed to function as a base polymer or blend polymer in the creation of room temperature vulcanized (RTV) materials.
