IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A302 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane is a versatile coupling agent used in a wide range of applications including coatings, adhesives, sealants, and composites. It can improve the bonding of organic materials to inorganic substrates. This product is an ethoxy-functional silane and can be used as a crosslinking agent in polymers, providing enhanced mechanical properties and resistance to moisture.

Access Rudolf Organosilane G302 is a highly effective coupling agent used to improve the adhesion and compatibility between inorganic materials and organic polymers. It is easy to handle and provides excellent results in various industrial applications, including coatings, adhesives, and sealants.

DeCAL 2098 is an anionic superplasticizer that has been modified with polyacrylate to achieve maximum efficiency. It is highly suitable for use in mortars, concretes, self-leveling systems, adhesives, and grouts. Compared to conventional plasticizers, DeCAL 2098 has a significantly higher deflocculation effect, which allows it to maintain the dispersed state for longer periods.

ACCESS® SFR OH 6,000 is a hydroxyl or silanol functional fluid with a medium viscosity of 6,000 cP. This pure fluid is ideal for use as an Anti-Structuring additive in high consistency silicone rubber and for the treatment of fillers. ACCESS® SFR OH 6,000 has excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ.

AFCONA 4008 is a polymeric dispersant used for the deflocculation of pigments. AFCONA 4008 is a polymeric dispersant used primarily in systems where aromatic solvents are forbidden. Compared to other AFCONA PU-grade dispersants, the viscosity reduction effect of AFCONA 4008 is not as strong (this is due to its more polar structure). However, this is not necessary a disadvantage, because not all mill bases require viscosity reduction.

It was designed to significantly enhance the level of processing efficiency in plastics applications, including POMB. Ti-Pure™ TS-1510 provides improved flowability, line productivity, energy, and labor efficiencies, along with low-dusting that promotes safer handling and material efficiency. It is excellent for high-temperature plastic applications requiring outstanding dispersibility and the lowest possible volatility.

Portafill® H 5 F13.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral consisting predominantly of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The standardized quality of Portafill® H 5 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of raw material and product is closely monitored, and particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Particle shape, fineness, and high brightness make Portafill® H 5 a very efficient extender for TiO2 in paint, paper, and board applications. Its platy particle shape and very fine particle size make Portafill® H 5 an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. It is therefore valued for applications in a/o adhesives, sealants, and plastisols.

DeCAL 2077 is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water-borne coating systems. The product is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. DeCAL 2077 is an ideal dispersing agent for a wide range of water-borne coatings.

Mistron® 102 Compacted is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeCAL 4287 is a low molecular weight carboxylated acrylic copolymer that can carry very high levels of pigment and provide maximum color development properties at these loadings. It is the same polymer as DeCAL 4286 but is supplied as the monoethanolamine salt for use in formulations where slower drying or better resolubility is required.

DeCAL 4287

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 4002HC is a versatile, high-performance, anionic, self-crosslinking polymer for the production of high-performance finishes across a variety of industries. DeCAL 4002HC can be used to replace UF and MF resins or used in conjunction to improve the abrasion resistance and tensile strength of natural and synthetic fabrics.

DeCAL 5061 is a highly effective foam control agent for use in powder systems, including plasters, fillers, mortars, and cement. It is a VOC-free powder-grade foam control agent. It is a free-flowing powder. DeCAL 5061 is normally used as delivered and blends easily.
