Ebalta MG 453 GF is processed on a two-component low pressure device. After grinding with a sand paper , grit 280, the surface can be varnished with a commercial lacquer. For better adhesion we recommend the use of a primer coat. Release agent – please see category release agent

This product is a filled prototype casting compound on polyurethane base and is flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0 and clasification DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08 class R24 HL2 Processing preferentially in standard vacuum casting plants.

Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

Ebalta GM 900-1 / Comp. A+B is a very soft-elastic polyurea casting compound. ebalta GM 900-1 is suitable as a flexible casting system in the field of mold- and tooling for parts which require low shore hardness and high tear propgation resistance due to deep under cuts. Mold temperatures of about 60 °C lead and/or curing at 60°C, to faster curing and therefore short demoulding time. Demoulding can be reduced to 30-40 min

ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 10 mm. Mechnical properties basing on test pieces being postcured for 8 hrs. at 80°C Demoulding depending on layer thickness, geometry and room temperature. Check for individual case. Postcuring before demoulding of laminates, if possible.

Ebalta AH 140 / LI 130-2 is a general purpose resin.

This product is a polyurethane system. No load on GM 965-40 before 24 hrs. curing at room temperature (23°C) If the product is cured at room temperature, no entire chemical and mechanical load before 7 days after curing. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product.

The product is a Polyurethane system. For improving of the flow characteristics, GM 973 can be preheated to approx. 30°C. The final strength is achieved at room temperature after approx. 3-5 days. By post-curing at 80°C for 5 hours the stated values are achieved in short time. Parts / molds must not be cast with addition curing silicone, since this might lead to faulty reactions when curing the silicone.

Ebalta IH 16 / hardener fast is a very thin liquid two component epoxy resin with high strength values and high mold resistance. Due to its good soaking and wet-out characteristics the resin/hardener mixture is suitable as infilitration resin for porouse printed parts.

Ebalta ebatemp is a high-quality two-component Polyurethane casting resin, which is very suitable for the production of vacuum thermoformed moldings. The fast casting resin, which is filled with very fine aluminum powder is very well castable and after curing very well polishable and workable. With ebatemp vacuum thermoformed moldings can be produced within 1-2 hours, these moldings show a temperature capacity of 80-90°C . Post-curing is not necessary. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shacked before use.
