TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is a highly efficient 70% active antifoam concentrate that is based on modified siloxanes. Its unique formulation and modification of the active material provide excellent efficiency and maximum compatibility, making it a superior product compared to traditional silicone oil-based antifoams. TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 eliminates undesirable effects such as silicone spotting and fish eyes in most applications. It is highly stable in alkaline and electrolyte environments, even at higher temperatures. Additionally, TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is easily dispersible in water, making it easy to handle. TEGOSIL® Heatban 200 is a heat stabilizer for cured silicone elastomers, especially high-consistency rubber (HCR). Like TEGOSIL® Heatban 110, this product offers protection against thermal degradation up to 300°C. It is compatible with various peroxide- and platinum-cured rubber materials commonly used in industrial and consumer applications. Its pasty viscosity simplifies incorporation into HCR formulations.

SIPERNAT® 45 is a high-absorbency carrier silica that is capable of converting liquid active substances or solutions into powders. It has the ability to produce concentrates with up to 75% concentration. This carrier silica finds typical applications in rubber and plastic additives, plant protection formulations, and feed additives.

ULTRASIL® 7000 GR is a highly reinforcing silica that has been specifically developed for use in low-rolling-resistance passenger car tire tread compounds, commonly referred to as "Green Tires". This silica has a specific BET surface area of approximately 175 m²/g, and it exhibits excellent incorporation and dispersion behavior. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

TEGO® Surten 202 E is a non-ionic polyether siloxane with a 100% active content. This product is particularly effective for surface wetting in adhesive applications, especially on challenging substrates. It is also well-suited for curtain coating applications. One of its key advantages is that it is a solvent-free, easy-to-handle liquid.

TEGO® Antifoam 793 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate utilizing polyether-modified siloxanes. It functions as a defoamer primarily in fluids and lubricant applications. Available in liquid form, this product belongs to the chemical family of polyether siloxanes. It is used in various industrial settings, including metalworking fluids, hydraulic oils, and fluids, as well as textile auxiliaries.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

ULTRASIL® 880 is a precipitated silica that contains a calcium admixture and has a very low specific N2 surface area of approximately 35m²/g. When added to rubber mixtures, it provides excellent residual deformation and extrusion characteristics. ULTRASIL® 880 also enables the creation of profiles with minimal swelling and a very smooth surface. Even EPDM mixtures with extremely high filling grades (up to 200 parts per hundred of rubber) can still be processed with ease. In white mixtures, ULTRASIL® 880 can be used in partial substitution for titanium dioxide. The impact of sulfur adsorption is negligible.

AROSURF® PA 935 is a hydrophilic polyether siloxane emulsion with a high molecular weight. It is designed to provide special surface lubrication effects on facial and bathroom tissue during converting. AROSURF® PA 935 is recommended as a formulation aid for converting lotions. This non-ionic, non-substantive siloxane surfactant dilution is based on synthetic raw materials and does not contain any flammable solvents. It achieves a unique silicone surface feel on tissue without affecting the sheet's tensile strength. AROSURF® PA 935 is suitable for tissue made of virgin and/or recycled fibers and enhances the tissue's water absorbency properties due to its high hydrophilicity. It is compatible with other chemicals and can be easily diluted to form lower viscosity emulsions using demineralized water while avoiding the presence of electrolytes and water hardness.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

TEGO® SML 20 is a liquid emulsifier that is non-ionic and made of polyoxyethylene-(20)-sorbitan monolaurate. Dynasylan® MTES is an alkyltrialkoxysilane, plays a vital role in sol-gel systems. It appears as a colorless, low-viscosity liquid. Utilization involves hydrolysis catalyzed by acid or alkali. As a trifunctional compound, all three alkoxy groups partake in this reaction, enriched by the added organic character from the methyl group. Hydrolysis generates silanol groups that subsequently form highly stable siloxane bonds (-Si-O-Si-) through condensation. This parallel process occurs after a certain amount of silanol groups emerge. The pace of hydrolysis and condensation depends on pH, concentration, solvent, temperature, and the catalyst.
