RELEASE RCW 25A is a newly developed formulation based on waterborne synthetic polymers, modified with special additives.

ANTIOX AHM is a synergistic blend of various antioxidant systems, including primary phenolic stabilizers, thio-esters for the long term stability and phosphites for high temperature protection. Its physical form ensures very low dust formation in handling and good flowing properties. The physical form of the components is primarily (but not completely) dusty in order to facilitate the dissolution / melting of the product.

RELEASE KB 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber, acrylic and hot melt adhesives. The product is silicone free.

It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives, if the chilling roll is well cooled. The product is silicone-free.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone-free.

CURING AGENT W3 is a liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in water. Acrylic and PU dispersion polymers can be efficiently cross-linked with this product.

CURING AGENT D is a diisocyanate in solution, designed to cross-link polyols (polyethers and polyesters), polyurethanes and elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene, etc.).

Its particular chemical structure guarantees a perfect anchorage to polyolefin film. The product is completely silicone free.

TACKIFIER 95 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion. The resin component is a high grade stabilized rosin ester, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. Softening point of the base resin = 80°C approx.

PRINTABLE RELEASE COAT FOR CORONA TREATED ADHESIVE TAPES RELEASE ST4 M is a heterogeneous solution of synthetic resins in alcoholic/aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

CURING AGENT W9 is a liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in water. Acrylic and PU dispersion polymers can be efficiently cross-linked with this product. The product is diluted in an non-toxic solvent: 1,2-propylene glycol diacetate, CAS 623-84-7.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. TACKIFIER 15 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion of a mixed alyphatic-aromatic hydrocarbon resin, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. Ring & Ball value of the base resin = 85°C approx.

It has a very good solubility in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). RELEASE K 100 DM is produced by a particular polymerization tecnique avoiding heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

TACKIFIER 71 is an acrylic aqueous dispersion. Tg = -46°C (approx).

TACKIFIER 765 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion. It is APEO free. The resin component is a high quality disproportionated rosin ester, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. Ring & Ball value of the base resin = 64°C approx.

CURING AGENT P 65 is a diisocyanate dissolved in non-toxic and not flammable solvent, designed to cross-link polyols (polyethers and polyesters), polyurethanes and elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene, etc.).

TACKIFIER 70 is an APEO free acrylic emulsion. Tg = -45°C (approx).
