Omnistab IN 520 is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Esacure A 198 is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiators gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems. It develops a very low level of odor and yellowing during and after curing. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Omnilane OC 1005 cycloaliphatic epoxide is miscible with a wide range of organic solvents, including acetone, ethanol, and benzene. It’s low viscosity and good fluidity make it suitable for use in bulk manufacturing. The long term stability at ambient temperature is very good. It will react in the presence of acid anhydride curing agents at higher temperature. Omnilane OC 1005 when cured is suitable for use at high temperatures between 200 - 250°C for long periods.

PHOTOMER® 2012 (IBOMA) is a very low viscosity monofunctional methacrylated monomer which can be polymerized in the presence of free radicals. It is typically used in UV and EB curable applications.

Photomer® 3016-20H is a low viscosity, non-volatile, difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer derived from a lower molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin, which is then diluted with 20% Photomer® 4017 (HDDA). The product exhibits fast cure speed, low odor and low skin irritancy. It is an excellent film former and contributes toward unique performance properties typical of epoxy resins in UV/EB radiation curable formulations.
