HOMECRAFT® Prista P 211 is a gluten free flour that contains 20% protein on a dry basis. The flour can be used as a wheat flour replacement or higher protein alternative in pastas, batter & breadings, baked goods, soups, and sauces. The flour works well in extruded snacks and breakfast cereals with good expansion properties. With improved flavor profile, this product allows ease of use in a variety of applications. The flour’s low microbiological counts enable safe use in products with minimal heat treatment.
