Wheat starch AllStarch Highstab A 140 complies with EU Regulation 178/2002/EC, with Regulation 1881/2006 for maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs as well as with all further valid food law requirements. For the production no genetically modified organisms or commodities (wheat) are used. Country of origin the wheat starch AllStarch Highstab A 140 is Germany (DE) according to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code and Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.
