Applications

KS-8TBN 1s recommended for Alkyd/Melamine paints, Acrylic'Melamine paints and Synthetic resin paints. At present KS-873N 1s widely acepted in automotive coatings, metal primers and spray lacquers.

Incorporation

Incorporation either by grindng with pigment or addition to the let-down or coloring step 1s acceptable. KS-873N is compatible with antitloating agents as well and recommended for using in combination with L-198ON, and L-1984N The amount to be used and product selection of additive must be determined by tests according to the polarity of vehicle and the type of pigment. Usually the optimum amount is within the range of 0.2-10% by weight of paint. Please be noted that the component of the product may be precipitated during storage. Please make it sure that there is no precipitation in the bottom of container before use.
