Vital Wheat Gluten is a protein which develops very good visco-elastic properties used with water. Selected wheat flour qualities and untreated spring water are the basis of this product.

Pregelatinized Rice Flour R90 is a cold-water swelling flour. Selected rice qualities are the basis of this product.

Rice Starch is a native, hot swelling starch which binds large amounts of liquids. Rice Starch is manufactured from selected raw material.

KRÖNER-STÄRKE Rice Starch

Pregelatinized Corn Flour gluten-free is a cold-water swelling flour. Selected corn flour qualities are the basis of this product.According to the Regulation (EC) 41/2009 (from 20/07/2016 Implementing Regulation (EU) No 828/2014) Pregelatinized Corn Flour gluten-free is suitable for people intolerant to gluten. Each batch is examined in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.

SANOSTAR bf is a native, hot swelling starch with constantly good viscosity. Selected raw materials and untreated spring water are the basis of this product. SANOSTAR bf is produced on a natural way, without additives and enzymes. SANOSTAR bf is suitable for the production of cereal based foods (Commission Directive 2006/125/EC) and according to Regulation (EC) 41/2009* it is a gluten-free wheat starch, suitable for people intolerant to gluten.

SUPATEX is a pregelatinized clean-label starch that can replace chemical modified starches.

Pregelatinized Rye Flour is a cold-water swelling flour. Selected rye flour qualities are the basis of this product.

CREAMGEL is a pregelatinized starch with good cold-water swelling properties. Selected raw materials and untreated spring water are the basis of this product.

KRÖNER-STÄRKE CREAMGEL

Glustar 50 is a denaturized wheat protein without visco-elastic properties.. It is a binding agent, has good dispersion, structure control and no visco-elastic properties. This product is used in baked goods, prepared meat products, breakfast cereals, sports nutrition, and bars.
