MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2035/500 GF35 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 66 with a filler/additive system of 35% glass fibers containing recycled material. It is suitable for use in automotive and other various market segments, such as cooling systems, chassis, steering, and radiator systems. Typical applications include oil pump parts, housing, automotive trim unpainted, oil pans/sumps, and bearing cages.

For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-120°C. It is suitable for the automotive market segment and provides excellent mechanical properties.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/512 GF15 IM UV is a polyamide 6 suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is UV stabilized, heat stabilized, processing stabilized and has an easy release (demolding) feature. It is used in automotive, building and construction, as well as in various other applications such as cooling systems, fuel systems, gear wheels, roller bearings, oil pump parts, bearings, sliding elements, engine cover and more. For optimal use, it should be kept dry and protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/507 GF15 is a pre-dried polyamide 6 material with a glass fiber and lubricant additive system. It is UV stabilized, nucleated, impact modified, and easy to release (demolding). Its melt temperatures range from 270-290°C while the mold temperatures should be between 80-100°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.15%. Typical applications for this material include oil pump parts, bearings and sliding elements, engine covers, functional components, and housings. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction industries.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding.
