MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/507 GF15 is a pre-dried polyamide 6 material with a glass fiber and lubricant additive system. It is UV stabilized, nucleated, impact modified, and easy to release (demolding). Its melt temperatures range from 270-290°C while the mold temperatures should be between 80-100°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.15%. Typical applications for this material include oil pump parts, bearings and sliding elements, engine covers, functional components, and housings. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction industries.
