MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA AO A OR3058-12 is a polyamide-based colorant with a light fastness of blue woolscale 7 and an orange color, similar to RAL 2010. It is suitable for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts and should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PBT A BK979-3116 is a black colorant, similar to RAL 9004, for use in Polybutylene Terephthalate. It has a dosage of 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding, dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity, as well as the application and operational area. It has a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8 and must be pre-dried with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A RD3104-10 is a red colorant used for injection molding and extrusion applications with a base polymer of Polyamide 6. It is similar to RAL 3003 and RAL 3011, with a dosage of 2% depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, is dust-free with a high additive content and high dispersibility.
