MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. It has special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, containing a slip agent, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT3056-10 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9003, with a dosage of 9.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity and application and operational area. It contains a Laser sensitive additive and a blue woolscale 8 Light Fastness colorant, and is based on Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. It is laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has high dispersibility and is dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

It is impact modified, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. The recommended dosage is 3.0% extrusion and 3.0% injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity.
