MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4230/540 MR20 GF10 FR is a polyamide 6 injection molding grade featuring a base polymer of polyamide 6, a 30% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system, flame retardant, heat stabilized, low warpage, and halogen-free flame retardant. This grade is suitable for use in the Automotive, electrical, and electronic markets, with typical applications including functional components, housings, lamp covers, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, exterior parts, and interior decoration/finishing. Injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.
