MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. It has special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, containing a slip agent, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 YL1248-05LS is an Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer pre-dried with 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h or 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. It is an easy flow, injection molding grade laser etchable (dark etching) polymer suitable for various electrical and electronic applications such as domestic appliances and various injection molded parts. For optimal processing conditions, it should be processed with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Cooling time should also be considered for proper molding of the parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 BL1249-05LS is a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer which has easy flow, processing stabilized, injection molding grade, and laser etchable (light etching) features. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, various, and domestic appliances, various, injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying is required, with conditions including 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, and 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. Furthermore, injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-240°C and mold temperature of 50-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT3056-10 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9003, with a dosage of 9.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity and application and operational area. It contains a Laser sensitive additive and a blue woolscale 8 Light Fastness colorant, and is based on Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. It is laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has high dispersibility and is dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/160 BK2448-12LS is a polymeric material composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. It can be laser etched, has good flowability, and provides good processing stability. This material is suitable for electrical and electronic (E&E) applications such as domestic appliances, injection molded parts, and other applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 200 to 240°C and the mold temperature should be 50 to 80°C. It has good dimensional stability and can be used in various industrial applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/502 UV is a polycarbonate that is easy to flow, UV stabilized, and laser etchable (dark etching). It is suitable for various injection molded parts and applications. For pre-drying, the conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours and in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 270-310°C and mold temperature should be 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/502 UV WT1123-11LS is a polycarbonate base polymer with easy flow, UV stabilization and laser etchable (dark etching) properties. It is suitable for various injection molded parts and applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. Furthermore, it should be stored dry, protected from light, and not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/140 FR GY1071-14LS is a polypropylene homopolymer with a filler/additive system of laser optimization and special features of laser etchable (dark etching), processing stabilized, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and electrical components and is commonly used for functional components and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS FC WT5069-16 is a white, similar to RAL 9003, polycarbonate colorant that is used in the food processing industry, household goods, domestic appliances, packaging, automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It has a dosage of 5.0% extrusion and 5.0% injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and depends on application and operational area. The white color has various special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), having a high additive content, being free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, having high dispersibility, and being dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/109 GF30 BK1132-07LS is a heat stabilized, easy release, easy flow, fast solidifying, and laser etchable polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibers. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, and the maximum moisture content should be less than 0.15%. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is used for injection molded parts, filter systems, housings, and functional components in the machinery, building and construction, and automotive market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS GY5030-19 is a gray colorant, similar to RAL 7016, made of polycarbonate and laser sensitive additive. It does not contain cadmium, lead, or diarylide pigments, and has a dosage of 3.0% for extrusion and 3.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and a light fastness of blue woolscale 8. It can be used in polycarbonate injection molded and extruded parts, compounding, and blow molded parts and is suitable for use in automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. To achieve the best results, it should be pre-dried and processed with specific temperatures for injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 2030/109 GF30 GY1176-12LS is a polyamide 66-based injection molding grade material that contains 30% glass fibers as filler. It has a heat-stabilized formulation, which ensures good dimensional stability and resistance to high temperatures during processing and end-use. The material is easy to release from the mold due to its easy-release (demolding) properties. It also has good flowability and is laser-etchable, making it ideal for applications where markings or logos need to be etched onto the surface.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/109 BK1008-13LS is a heat-stabilized, easy release (demolding) and easy flow Polyamide 66 base polymer designed for injection molding. It is suitable for use in the Automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments, and is suitable for injection molded parts, interior decoration/finishing, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, and electrical components. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2050/500 GF50 is a polyamide 6 injection molding grade with 50% glass fibers, heat-stabilized and easy-release features. It is suitable for automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure applications. Pre-drying is required in a dry-air (desiccant) dryer at a temperature below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, and the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C, with a mold temperature of 80-100°C. The material is laser etchable (light etching) and has good flow characteristics.

It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. It is suitable for market segments such as automotive and typical applications including housings, handles, functional components, and injection molded parts. It is also laser etchable (light etching) and should be kept dry and stored in a location where the temperature is no higher than 30°C.
