MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 YL1248-05LS is an Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer pre-dried with 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h or 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. It is an easy flow, injection molding grade laser etchable (dark etching) polymer suitable for various electrical and electronic applications such as domestic appliances and various injection molded parts. For optimal processing conditions, it should be processed with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Cooling time should also be considered for proper molding of the parts.
