MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 BL1249-05LS is a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer which has easy flow, processing stabilized, injection molding grade, and laser etchable (light etching) features. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, various, and domestic appliances, various, injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying is required, with conditions including 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, and 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. Furthermore, injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-240°C and mold temperature of 50-80°C.
