MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS GY5030-19 is a gray colorant, similar to RAL 7016, made of polycarbonate and laser sensitive additive. It does not contain cadmium, lead, or diarylide pigments, and has a dosage of 3.0% for extrusion and 3.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and a light fastness of blue woolscale 8. It can be used in polycarbonate injection molded and extruded parts, compounding, and blow molded parts and is suitable for use in automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. To achieve the best results, it should be pre-dried and processed with specific temperatures for injection molding.
