For most efficient use, 2/3 of AGITAN DF 6685 is added to the pigment dispersion and 1/3 is added to the letdown. Suggested dosage for some typical applications:
Water-based paints:
- Matt: 0.1- 0.3%
- Silk, semi-gloss: 0.2- 0.4%
- Masonary: 0.1- 0.4%
Adhesives:
- Starch, Dextrin, Casein: 0.1- 0.2%
- Acrylic, PVAc, PVOH: 0.1- 0.3%
Building Products:
- Tile adhesive, Grouts, Mortars: 0.1- 0.3%
- Cement admixtures 0.1- 0.2%

AGITAN DF 6685 is not sensitive to freezing, but it should be stored between 5 and 35 °C. As the product tends to separate it should be mixed before use. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 15 months from the date of manufacture.
Totes holding 850 kg net, drums holding 125 kg net and kegs holding 25 kg net.
