METOLAT 362 is a non-ionic, silicone free wetting agent with low foam tendency for water based printing inks, adhesives, emulsion paints and water borne clear as well as pigmented coatings. METOLAT 362 improves substrate and pigment wetting. It shows a very broad pH stability.
Dynamic surface tension:
- 0.1 % at 1 Hz: 31 mN/m
- 0.1 % at 10 Hz: 44 mN/m
- 0.5 % at 1 Hz: 26 mN/m
- 0.5 % at 10 Hz: 33 mN/m
- Recommended Levels and Use
The recommended dosage depending on application ranges from 0.1 % to 2.0 % METOLAT 362 calculated on total formulation.

METOLAT 362 is not sensitive to freezing. For better handling it should be stored between 15 and 25 °C. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 15 months from the date of manufacture.
