EDAPLAN® 490 is a VOC-free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments as well as carbon blacks in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2Ksystems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 490 stabilizes pigment dispersions and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented.

AGITAN 109 is an emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. It's recommended for architectural coatings, building products, printing inks, adhesives and polymerization processes.

OMBRELUB 730 is a stable emulsion of fatty derivates. It is easily miscible with water at all ratios. In emulsion based plasters OMBRELUB 730 leads to a prolongation of open-time and a reduction of cracks. Processing properties are improved.

AGITAN 282 has a wide formulation lattitude due to its ease of emulsification. Therefore it is especially suitable for clear coats, non-pigmented systems, low viscous systems and emulsion manufacturing.

TAFIGEL PUR 80 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 80 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 80 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 80 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, adhesives, and printing inks.

AGITAN DF 6420 is a defoamer for solvent based systems. It provides the following properties: Versatile efficiency in non aqueous systems; Can be used as supplied; Easily disperses in most organic solvents.

MÜNZING’s METOLAT 700 series are APEO-free wetting agents with excellent equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction for a wide range of coating and ink applications. EDAPLAN® 918 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100 %. It is designed to disperse organic pigments, carbon blacks and inorganic pigments for universal use in both, water and solvent based systems, including High Solids. It is ideal for the manufacturing of coatings as well as for the manufacturing of resin free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 918 stabilizes dispersed pigments and reduces mill-base viscosity. Gloss and color development are improved and reflocculation respectively Rub Out is prevented. The product is free of organic solvents.

AGITAN 218 is a defoamer for all common emulsion systems.

EDAPLAN LA 403 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

EDAPLAN LA 452 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 452 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

METOLAT 514 is an anionic dispersing agent with low foam tendencies suitable for many aqueous systems. It is recommended for most common pigments and fillers. METOLAT 514 is compatible with many emulsion polymers. It can be used over a wide pH range. METOLAT 514 reduces the mill base viscosity and provides higher pigment volume concentrations. It prevents the formation of settlements and stabilizes the system.

METOLAT® 368 is a non-ionic, silicone free wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and leveling. The product is VOC free according to 2004/42/EC.

WÜKONIL® LP 50 is a waterborne wax additive for matt and glossy dispersion paints for interior and exterior use as well as for synthetic resin-bound rendering dispersion plasters. AGITAN 731 is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for aqueous emulsion and water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

EDAPLAN LA 413 is suitable for all non-aqueous and water reducible coating systems. It improves slip, scratch resistance and leveling. EDAPLAN LA 413 provides improved surface properties specifically in clear systems. It does not create foam and is resistant to hydrolysis.

SÜDRANOL® 199 is a hard HD-Polyethylene-wax dispersion being specially developed for waterbased overprint varnishes, flexo-printing inks and the floor polish sector. OMBRELUB RA shows a releasing effect in strippable coatings and protection varnishes based on emulsion polymers. At the same time it plastifies the coating without migration effects. Aqueous coatings which are formulated with OMBRELUB RA can be removed from all common substrates whether it be metal, glass or plastic without any problem. The release effect maintains also during storage at elevated temperature. As OMBRELUB RA is nearly colorless it can be perfectly used in clear coats and white lacquers.
