Ply-Guard MEA is a high solids, high build Mastic Epoxy Aluminum formulation that cures to a tough, flexible, abrasion resistant film. Ply-Guard MEA is self-priming and has excellent adhesion to rusted steel that has had proper power tool cleaning. It is easy to apply by spray, roller or brush. Ply-Guard MEA has high build characteristics allowing 18 mil WFT or more while providing high sag and run resistance. Ply-Guard MEA is an ideal product for improving and upgrading old and deteriorating coating systems.

Ply-Guard AS (0 VOC) is a fast-curing, two-component polyaspartic (aliphatic polyurea) coating system. Ply-Guard AS (0 VOC) exhibits superior color and gloss retention, excellent abrasion resistance, good flexibility, and can be applied directly to properly prepared concrete or metal surfaces. In addition, Ply-Guard AS (0 VOC) has very good corrosion, chemical, and UV resistance, and can achieve a uniform coating thickness of 2-8 mils DFT per coat that is free of bubbles and pinholes.

Ply-Guard AS (Ultra Flex) is a new-generation, high-gloss, fast curing, two-component aliphatic polyaspartic polyurea topcoat that provides superior flexibility in addition to superior color and gloss retention.

Ply-Guard CM is a 1:1 mix ratio, ultra-low viscosity polyurethane compound ideal for industrial and commercial use. Its extended gel time and viscosity allows it to readily penetrate concrete more deeply, as well as providing a quick hardness build. This versatile material is designed to be used as a stand-alone material or mixed with dry silica sand to make a thicker build formula. Ply-Guard CM is perfect for rebuilding cracks, expansions, and skim coatings floors to fill in air holes and missing sections of concrete.

Ply-Guard NS is designed for use on properly prepared concrete and metal surfaces in refineries, offshore platforms, chemical plants, food & beverage plants, and pulp and paper mills.

Ply-Guard PSC8 is a newly engineered two-component Polysiloxane coating technology offering the combination of technologically advanced siloxane resins and special ultraviolet inhibitors resulting in an industrial finish coat providing exceptional long term durability.
