SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9414 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers low temperature ductility, thin wall flame retardant capability, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9414 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, especially the housing of fast-charging mobile phones.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN FXE4472L is a 20% glass filled, impact modified polycarbonate with excellent light-shield capability. It is designed for high flow, superior surface appearance, enhance release and good impact ductility. FXE4472L is available in white color only and ideal for light-shield applications.

LEXAN HFD4412 is a 20% glass filled, injection moldable grade designed for high flow and superior surface appearance. Internal mold release.

LNP THERMOCOMP DX06313 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Impact Modified, Thin-Wall Molding.

It contains an internal mold releases. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML7682 Polycarbonate (PC) is an injection moldable non-chlorinated/brominated, unfilled flame retardant grade with high flow and good heat and impact resistance. It is UV stabilized and has an MVR of 21 (300°C/1.2kg) and a UL94 V0@1.8mm, and is available in opaque color options.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ D551 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 50% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: High Modulus, Low Warpage, Good Ductility, Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN LUX7636C Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, extrudable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7636C is available in diffusion colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-LOY™ NX03583 compound is based on Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Permanently Anti-Static, Flame Retardant.

It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

This resin offers excellent low temperature (-30 C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL1433T resin is a UV stabilized general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9134 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40 deg C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9134 resin is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ D1000FRD compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: impact modified, good Low temperature ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics, excellent surface esthetics, excellent knit line strength and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard IM PC resins. This is a general purpose product available for wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

LNP LUBRICOMP RL003 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

The material has an internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings. The material is RoHS compliant and the natural. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business Enhanced Flow Polyetherimide in 350 micron powder. ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)
