This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized (F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7630C is available in transparent natural colors only.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C). It contains an internal mold releases. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. LEXAN CFR9131 is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9414 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers low temperature ductility, thin wall flame retardant capability, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9414 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, especially the housing of fast-charging mobile phones.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH2315 is a reinforced, 30% glass fiber-filled amorphous thermoplastic polyimide resin that offers an extremely high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to the highest temperatures, as well as very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material. It is also inherently flame retardant, achieving UL94 V0 ratings at 0.75 mm and V0, 5VA at 1.0 mm and 1.5 - 1.65 mm. This material is RoHS compliant and is available in natural and black colors with a transparent amber base.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML7682 Polycarbonate (PC) is an injection moldable non-chlorinated/brominated, unfilled flame retardant grade with high flow and good heat and impact resistance. It is UV stabilized and has an MVR of 21 (300°C/1.2kg) and a UL94 V0@1.8mm, and is available in opaque color options.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL9414T resin grade is a halogen-free flame retardant polycarbonate featuring transparency, -40 degree C ductility and UL-94 V0 rating for injection molding applications. Excellent impact combined with good flow, all transparent colorability for esthetics and thin wall flame retradancy makes this product an excellent candidate for thin wall applications.
