Characteristics and Applications
  • Low viscosity version of the aliphatic trimer
  • Suitable for the formulation of no yellowing 2K PU coating and stoving enamel.
Properties

Due to the fact that it is an aliphatic isocyanate 100% solid content resin,POLURENE MT100 LV should be combined with acrylic or saturated polyester resin, to obtain non yellowing coating very stable to the light with optimum flow properties and final mechanical and chemical resistance.

POLURENE MT 100 LV is used to prepare formulations with higher solids content, compared to standard HDI biurets and trimers. POLURENE MT 100 LV should not be thinned to below a solids content of 40%. Prolonged storage of a solution with a lower binder content may result in turbidity and sedimentation.
