SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

AquaFLON® 50-RC is an aqueous dispersion of submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced to be in compliance with REACH regulatory requirements. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

AquaFLON® 50 is an aqueous dispersion containing submicron PTFE. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. These additives are used to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

SST products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST products are used for their ability to provide slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

SST®-2P is an off-white to light gray low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 8 µm. HydroCER 795 is a 52% aqueous dispersion of an oxidized polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

HydroCER 8481 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax emulsion. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

SST®-2D is a white low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 7 µm. SST®-2D has a tightly controlled particle size distribution, resulting in fewer oversized particles. Neptune 5223 is a synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettability and has a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

Neptune 250SD is a finely micronized spherical oxidized polyethylene wax. Neptune 250-SD is recommended for use in liquid ink and coating formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems for packaging and gravure inks, general industrial, furniture and floor coatings.

Neptune 1-N1 is a medium MW synthetic wax treated to provide water wettability. Neptune 1-N1 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 1-N1 is used in both air dry and baked coatings.

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

LoAngle 5413 is a synthetic wax showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 107 – 142°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

Hydrocer D-336 is a blend of an anionic aqueous paraffin wax emulsion and synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettablility.

FluoroSLIP® 605 is a combination of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

FluoroSLIP® 515 is a combination of high melting synthetic wax and PTFE.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.
