Furthermore, VEDEQSA makes available to its customers its experience, technology and equipment to optimize the efficacy of its products in their processes. The technical team of VEDEQSA performs chemical and microbiological analyzes. They also evaluate and validate in the pilot plant for the production of meat products the doses, the application points and the shelf life of the final product, as requested by the customers.
