ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation. This product can also be used as a potting material for electrical coils of lifting magnets and for slot exit potting of electrical coils.

HDK® H21 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H21 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various applications such as composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses a high fire point and exhibits virtually self-extinguishing behavior, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to conventional transformer fluids. This fluid demonstrates exceptional thermal stability, even in the presence of air, enabling higher thermal utilization when compared to other liquid coolants.

ELASTOSIL® RT 628 A/B is a flowable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber designed for potting, encapsulation, and casting applications. This product vulcanizes at room temperature or under heat, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber featuring excellent mechanical properties. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 628 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer can withstand constant exposure to ever-changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 622 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material and requires a two-component mixing process for curing. This product is specifically designed for applications in electronics encapsulation and hydroelectric power plants.
