This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. VINNAPAS® EP 3036 NJG is a high-viscosity, low formaldehyde, and low-free VAM residue vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. This emulsion contains no solvent or plasticizer, has a very low VOC content, and does not contain alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (APEO). VINNAPAS® EP 3036 NJG is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It is compatible with other materials in the coating formulation as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.
