ELASTOSIL® 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® SUB C 2000 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber specifically developed for deep-sea applications. It is a pourable material that undergoes addition curing. This silicone rubber exhibits flexibility at both low temperatures (-40 °C) and high temperatures (+180 °C). It has a low viscosity, making it ideal for the manufacturing of various thermal insulating devices.

The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® S 699 A/B is a slightly self-leveling, 2-part silicone rubber used for molding applications. It is addition-curing and quickly cures at elevated temperatures, resulting in a permanently flexible and low-density vulcanizate that can be easily ground. Vulcanized ELASTOSIL® S 699 A/B offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, heat, and sunlight. The cured silicone rubber can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, sunlight, and temperatures as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

ELASTOSIL® SUB C 2002 A/B is a two-component, low-viscosity, addition-curing silicone rubber specifically developed for deep-sea applications. It is designed to maintain flexibility in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -40 °C to +180 °C. SILRES® HP 2020 is a low-viscosity, reactive aminofunctional methyl phenyl silicone resin. The product is typically used as a curing agent or crosslinker for cycloaliphatic epoxy resins in 2-pack high-solids coatings. It significantly improves the weathering resistance of the coating compared to organic amine curing agents. Such 2-pack epoxypolysiloxane coatings are an isocyanate-free alternative to 2-pack polyurethanes as weathering-resistant topcoats.

ELASTOSIL® R 771/60 OH is a peroxide-curing HCR silicone for the manufacture of flame retardant products, particularly designed for railway applications. The product has been tested according to EN 45545-2 requirement sets R1, R7 (HL2). The color of the rubber base is white.

SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B is a self-leveling, electrically conductive, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber that can be cured at room temperature or at high temperatures. It is recommended for space applications due to its low outgassing rate and low-temperature flexibility. ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B has been developed and designed as an ablative adhesive to prevent static electrical charging effects on solar generators for space applications, such as satellites.

ELASTOSIL® R 771/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-contrast rubber silicone for the manufacture of flame retardant products, particularly designed for railway applications. The product has been tested according to EN 45545-2 requirement sets R1, R7 (HL2). The color of the rubber base is white.

ELASTOSIL® R 770/50 OH is a peroxide-cured high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. It is used for construction, automotive, railway, marine, and aerospace applications where high flame retardancy is required. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

ELASTOSIL® R 501/75 OH is a peroxide-curing high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. This product is recommended to be used in cable insulations for household, automotive, railway, marine, and aerospace applications where high flame retardancy is required.

ELASTOSIL® R 770/75 OH is a peroxide-crosslinked high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. The product has been tested according to BS 6853 Cat 1 and EN 45545-2 requirement sets R22 and R23 (HL3). It can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.
