VINNAPAS® 561 ED is a low Tg polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 561 ED exhibits high filler loading capabilities and is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols, as well as other synthetic latex polymer dispersions (such as styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic dispersions).

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

VINNOL® E 15/45 is a copolymer composed of approximately 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. It possesses several special features, including good heat stability, fast air drying, good hardness, and compatibility with organic binders. Additionally, it helps improve the weather resistance of coatings or paints.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® KX is particularly well-suited for highly-filled coatings, allowing for the incorporation of a high level of fillers while maintaining excellent properties and durability.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

SILRES® WH is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion of a functional silicone resin. Dilute solutions of SILRES® WH are used as high-quality water repellents for impregnating wood surfaces. Undiluted SILRES® WH can also be used as a high-quality hydrophobizing additive for aqueous wood coatings and wood stains.

SILFAR® 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 350 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is commonly used in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. Wacker Chemie Methyl Acetate (MetAc) 97% is a clear, colorless liquid with a mild, ester-like odor. It is produced continuously, with a capacity of several thousand metric tons per year. It has undergone full registration under REACH. This product serves as a solvent in detergent, adhesive, paint, and coating applications.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 1577 is an environmentally conscious product that helps save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is independently audited by a third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the chosen product version and is detailed in the corresponding certificate.

WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is a mixture of alkoxysilane and aminofunctional siloxane. It appears as a colorless to yellow liquid, clear to slightly turbid, and is partially miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methanol and a silicone resin. WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is utilized as a raw material for the production of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

VINNAPAS® 530 ND is a construction dispersion for primers, cement admixes, and repair mortars. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is based on a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer. It reduces the elastic modulus and enhances adhesion. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is an unplasticized 55% dispersion of a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in water.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

HDK® H2000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in electrophotographic toners. It is suitable for various types of toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. The recommended application range for HDK® H2000/4 is 0.5 to 3.0 wt%.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6250 F Transparent is a solvent-free, free-flowing liquid silicone rubber designed for textile coatings. GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

WACKER® Catalyst OL is a highly active and concentrated platinum catalyst specifically developed for the thermal curing of solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. This catalyst exhibits exceptional and consistent activity, providing rapid curing for addition-crosslinking silicone systems. With its high concentration of platinum, it offers efficient performance. Moreover, it is miscible with silicones in any proportion.

Wacker Chemie Methyl Acetate (MetAc) 99.5% is a clear, colorless liquid with a mild, ester-like odor.
