GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

VINNAPAS® eco 192 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens market. It is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers, and it does not contain any plasticizers. This product, VINNAPAS® eco, is designed to save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing process with certified sustainable renewable feedstock.

VINNAPAS® 502 ND is an aqueous polymer dispersion consisting of vinyl acetate and ethylene. Unlike other products, VINNAPAS® 502 ND is manufactured without the need for organic solvents or plasticizers. With a higher solid content and a high Tg (glass transition temperature), it is well-suited for gypsum-based joint fillers. This product offers excellent adhesion to paper bands and can be easily sanded for a smooth finish.

SILRES® IC 232 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is highly suitable for blending with other binder systems to introduce a compatible silicone component. This addition helps to enhance the weathering or heat resistance of the resulting mixture or formulation.

VINNAPAS® EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. VINNAPAS® EN 1033 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. This product is particularly suitable as a binder for soft nonwovens, offering good wet tensile strength. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EN 1033 has a low VOC content, making it an excellent choice as a binder for nonwovens and textiles that need to meet stringent eco-labeling requirements.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

VINNAPAS® eco CA 5880 is a sustainable solution that promotes the conservation of fossil resources by enabling the substitution of fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution process adheres to the REDcert² mass balance approach and is independently audited by a third party. The precise amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the specific product version and is documented in the corresponding certificate.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. It is commonly used for producing textile coatings in various applications such as conveyor belts and electrical sleevings.

VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as structural steelwork. VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 exhibits significant foam development and expansion, and it has higher hydrophobicity compared to standard VAEs. Additionally, it achieves fire resistance classes up to F120.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers a unique balance of softness, high wet strength, and broad formulation flexibility. The film formed by VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 has a soft texture, making it ideal as a binder for personal hygiene nonwovens. WACKER® Finish CT 51 L is a solvent-based silicone rubber solution specifically designed for fine coatings on textile substrates. It enables the application of fine coatings with a weight as low as < 5 g/m². This product offers high water columns and low air permeability, resulting in excellent performance. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion when multiple coating layers are applied.

VINNAPAS® 561 ED is a low Tg polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits excellent elongation, flexibility, and water resistance, making it ideal for numerous construction applications. VINNAPAS® 561 ED exhibits high filler loading capabilities and is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols, as well as other synthetic latex polymer dispersions (such as styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic dispersions).

VINNAPAS® CEF 52 is a dispersion of a vinyl chloride, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It can be used as a binder for coating systems containing an opacifying pigment, such as polymer-modified plasters. The special composition and manufacturing technology mean that VINNAPAS® CEF 52 can be used to formulate very hydrophobic products.

VINNOL® CE 35 is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer consisting of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It acts as a rigid film-forming agent and provides outstanding heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for producing plasticizer-free coatings that can be heat sealed and high-frequency welded on paper and cardboard surfaces.

VINNOL® E 15/45 is a copolymer composed of approximately 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® 530 ND is a construction dispersion for primers, cement admixes, and repair mortars. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is based on a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer. It reduces the elastic modulus and enhances adhesion. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is an unplasticized 55% dispersion of a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in water.

VINNAPAS® EP 3455 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. The dispersion offers very high scrub resistance, excellent hiding power, and exceptional pigment binding ability.

DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

VINNAPAS® SAF 72 is a fine-particle-sized dispersion of a styrene/acrylic acid ester copolymer in water with a solids content of 50%. It is manufactured without using coalescent, organic solvents, plasticizers, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

VINNAPAS® EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. It is suitable for a range of applications, including adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

Combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and others, it is used to apply a release coating on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a release coating for paper and filmic pressure-sensitive laminates. Examples include uses for single- and double-sided industrial release laminates.
