ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and is suitable for applications in sealants and silicone sealants.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® KX is particularly well-suited for highly-filled coatings, allowing for the incorporation of a high level of fillers while maintaining excellent properties and durability.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 1577 is an environmentally conscious product that helps save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is independently audited by a third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the chosen product version and is detailed in the corresponding certificate.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

VINNOL® E 15/45 M is a carboxylate-containing terpolymer consisting of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It functions primarily as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. ELASTOSIL® LR 6250 F Transparent is a solvent-free, free-flowing liquid silicone rubber designed for textile coatings. It undergoes additive curing and is specifically formulated for coating applications in the textile industry. This product features low viscosity, making it suitable for a wide range of general-purpose coating applications. Additionally, it offers a long pot life for ready-to-use mixtures.

DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Besides, composite tapes made with SILRES® 64558 VP are highly stable against environmental impacts such as moisture, pollutants, and UV light, allowing them to be exposed continuously to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

DEHESIVE® 920 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid that forms an integral part of a multicomponent system. When combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and potentially a CRA® release modifier, it is employed to apply a release coating onto paper and filmic substrates.

VINNOL® H 40/60 is a copolymer composed of approximately 61 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 39 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Primarily, it serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic binder, VINNOL® H 40/60 undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent in the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. It is particularly well suited for textile coating applications that require enhanced flame retardancy.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

WACKER® Silicate TES 28 is a monomeric ethyl silicate, also known as tetraethoxysilane or tetraethyl orthosilicate. It is a colorless, low-viscosity liquid with an SiO2 content of approximately 28 wt.%. This product is commonly used in the formulation of anti-corrosive coatings, marine and protective coatings, as well as industrial coatings.

VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This versatile product finds application in various fields, including fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

VINNAPAS® EN 1028 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. This product is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft hydrophobic nonwovens, providing them with high wet strength. Moreover, VINNAPAS® EN 1028 is an ideal choice as a binder for nonwovens that need to meet rigorous eco-labeling requirements.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

SILRES® IC 232 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is highly suitable for blending with other binder systems to introduce a compatible silicone component. This addition helps to enhance the weathering or heat resistance of the resulting mixture or formulation.

WACKER® Finish CT 51 L is a solvent-based silicone rubber solution specifically designed for fine coatings on textile substrates. It enables the application of fine coatings with a weight as low as < 5 g/m². This product offers high water columns and low air permeability, resulting in excellent performance. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion when multiple coating layers are applied.

VINNAPAS® DPN 36T is a self-crosslinking, aqueous dispersion based on the monomer vinyl acetate. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. VINNAPAS® DPN 36T can be used for a hard textile finish to adjust the handle or as a nonblocking component for hard, sealable coatings. VINNAPAS® DPN 36T is especially suitable as a binder for glass fiber fabrics.

SILRES® SY 409 is a solution of methylphenyl group-containing silicone resin that is recommended as a binder for medium- or high-solids heat-resistant paints in combination with other organic resins. It is highly suitable for introducing a compatible silicone component into other binder systems to increase their weathering or heat resistance.
