Armorchock was designed and engineered to meet chocking and supporting requirements for machinery and critical alignment installations involving equipment such as compressors, turbines, gas and diesel engines, etc.

Armorcoat 969.2CFV Ceramic-Filled Tank Lining is a ceramic-filled coating system designed for trowel or brush application to steel and concrete. It is used to protect the substrate against strong chemicals encountered in the chemical and related industries. AC 969.2CFV is used especially for lining internal surfaces of pumps. It is also excellent for tanks, trenches, pump pads and curbs where resistance to chemical attack from caustics, salts, solvents, dilute oxidizing acids and oils is required. AC 969.2CFV can be applied to vertical, overhead and horizontal surfaces by brush or roller at a thickness of 35 to 65 mils.

Armor Plate 999MP Multi-Purpose Epoxy Grout is a three-component, high strength, 100% solids, epoxy grouting compound. It is primarily used to grout large machinery, support sole plates and rehabilitate concrete structures. Armor Plate 999MP exhibits early compressive strength, negligible shrinkage and is resistant to mechanical abuse and corrosive attack. AP 990 is versatile because it forms an impervious chemical and moisture barrier that inhibits corrosive and oxidizing processes at rebar and anchor bolts. AP 990 is primarily used for grouting rebar and anchor bolts. It is also used as a putty material, as a patching compound for concrete, steel, and wood, and as a repair material for pump housings. AP 990 is recommended for anchoring equipment such as compressors, diesel engines, printing presses, power generators, hydraulic presses, turbines and pumps.

Armor Plate 991 Anchor Bolt and Rebar Grout For Vertical Holes is a pourable grade epoxy grout that is ideal for a variety of maintenance and construction projects. AP 991 is so versatile because it forms an impervious chemical and moisture barrier that inhibits corrosive and oxidizing processes at the rebar and anchor bolts. AP 991 is primarily used for grouting rebar and anchor bolts. It is also used as a patching compound for concrete, steel, and wood. AP 991 will also bond new concrete to old concrete. Armor Plate 999 High-Strength Epoxy Grout is a high strength, thermosetting, epoxy grout system. AP 999 is a packaged, premeasured, three-component system of epoxy resin, epoxy catalyst, and inert aggregate. This laboratory tested mixture produces a foundation grout with homogenous aggregate distribution. The rapid high strength and chemical resistance of the AP 999 grout provides an equipment foundation which is long-lasting, economical and maintenance free. Because of its quick cure time, AP 999 is excellent for areas where equipment must be placed in service with a short downtime. It has been used to grout all the equipment at the Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, North Slope Operations. AP 999 is used to pace equipment such as compressors, pumps, centrifuges, turbines, generators, kilns, steam engines diesel engines, milling machines, blowers and presses.

Armorcoat 969+ Secondary Containment Coating Epoxy Floor Topping is a 100% modified epoxy topping which bonds to damp concrete, withstands 98% sulfuric, HCL, nitric acids, caustics and many chemicals. The topping is tough and has excellent wear resistance. Armorcoat 969+ is a two-part liquid system to which sand or caustic inert granules are added. The surface texture depends on the type and amount of the granules used. Thickness of the AC 969+ is approximately 1/8″ to 1/4″.
