Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Because of their high efficiency, less energy is required to fuse PVC formulations. These materials are well suited for plastisol applications, but can easily be used in almost any polymer system that requires additional flexibility and softness.

Silfit Z 91 is a naturally occurring conglomerate of corpuscular Neuburg Silica and lamellar kaolinite, which has been subjected to a heat treatment. The components and the thermal process lead to a product that offers special performance benefits as functional filler. The resulting products have an outstandingly high degree of white and color neutrality. Areas of application include high-voltage cables, light-colored rubber compounds, thermoplastics and as a partial replacement for titanium dioxide, especially in paints and varnishes.

Granomar™ granules are produced from the purest and best Carrara Marble available. The raw material is selected in the whitest quarries from the Apuan Alps (Tuskany). The quality results of the optimum properties of Carrara Marble for wall finishes: a low hardness but a high mechanical stability and a high whiteness with low transparency.

GENIOSIL® XM range are monofunctional polymers that offer a wide range of adhesion and sealing options, even without the use of plasticizer. They are ideal for the formulation of soft yet highly elastic adhesives and sealants. The resultant product exhibits virtually universal, outstanding adhesion especially to many difficult, sometimes non-polar, substrates  in particular low-energy surfaces such as PVC, PS or EPDM.

GENIOSIL® XT grades expand the formulation capabilities with silane-terminated polymers. These new grades have been optimized to be low in viscosity but displaying a high number of silyl groups per unit volume. Consequently, the new polymers build up a solid, yet elastic network as they cure. The resulting adhesive layers and waterproofing membranes based on GENIOSIL® XT attain high inner strength, remain extremely elastic and exhibit outstanding tear resistance. Thus they are the products of choice for industrial applications.

Tinuvin® light stabilizers show best performances regarding their thermal stability, substrate compatibility, volatility, absorption range, or regulatory classification as needed. BTC’s Tinuvin® light stabilizers provide effective protection against UV absorption for inks and printing.

Mailose™ MP series is Hydroxyporpyl Methyl Cellulose. It is widely used in drymix mortar industry. Could be soluble in water and form the transparent solution.  As the important additives in mortar, Hydroxyproypl methyl Cellulose could increase the water retention, increase the workability and increase open time etc.

SPUR+* Prepolymers - Formulators for the construction, automotive, and other industries face the sizeable challenge of creating durable sealants and adhesives and an excellent building block technology to consider for use in such products are Momentive s SPUR prepolymers. This family of silane terminated polyurethanes is appealing because of the combination of a silane curing mechanism with a polyurethane backbone. The properties derived from these SPUR prepolymers give formulators broad latitude to assemble products to meet the varied and specific performance needs of the end user.

The VINNAPAS® eco product line stands for polymer dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins derived from renewable raw materials via the biomass balance approach. VINNAPAS® eco grades are chemically identical to the corresponding basic VINNAPAS® products. VINNAPAS® eco dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins are manufactured using the biomass balance approach. This means that fossil raw materials are entirely replaced in the supply chain by renewable raw materials that are certified as sustainable. WACKER uses bio-based acetic acid that is a byproduct of the wood-processing industry and is certified as sustainable by PEFC® (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). The bio-based acetic acid is introduced at the beginning of the production cycle. The biomass balance approach mathematically determines the percentage of dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins made from renewable (non-fossil) raw materials. VINNAPAS® eco grades are certified to the REDcert2 standard and audited by TÜV NORD, an independent German technical inspectorate.

Fintac is a modified rosin which offers an excellent combination of oxidation and crystallization resistance. This product functions as a tackifier for SBR, natural rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate and other polymers. It can be delivered in flaked and solid forms. Formulated in solvent-based and water-based adhesives, it exhibits no tendency to crystallize. It meets the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, under the following section: 175.105 Adhesives; 176.210 Defoaming Agents Used in the Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard; 177.2600 Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use.

Waterborne epoxy dispersion and epoxy hardener for lower-VOC, high-performance anticorrosion industrial and construction coatings

Winlex is a light-colored rosin ester, which has been stabilized. It provides particularly good skinning resistance and color stability in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives. It has a suitable FDA status for use in food packaging applications covered by 175.105.

PHENODUR® phenolic resins mainly find use in industrial and packaging coatings, in combination with other types of resins, such as epoxies, acrylics and polyesters. PHENODUR®specially formulated solvent-based and waterborne resins are designed for use in coatings applied to the interior of metal food containers, and include phenolic resin systems that can be used to make Bisphenol A- and BADGE-free interior can coatings.
