SWANCOR 2559 is a high Tg hot-melt epoxy resin. The formula does not contain Diuron and volatile ingredients. It has the characteristics of light weight, excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

HexPly® M79/M79-LT is a hotmelt, thermosetting, low-exothermic epoxy resin matrix, specifically designed for prepreg applications at which short cure cycles below 100°C are required. M79/M79-LT can be used for manufacture of large industrial components, suitable for cure of thin and thick sections. M79/M79-LT exhibits a long out-life of 8 weeks at ambient conditions. M79 is supplied as moderate tack and M79-LT as low tack resin matrix.

ONEX MB 1000RE provides masterbatches of multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) in various types of resins (e.g. epoxy, silicone), ONEX-MB 1000RE, in small scale, which can be employed in a variety of applications such as adhesives, marine coatings or resin-based parts.

Cecence Limited 60K 25mm POST PRESS is a thermoformable epoxy resin system which has excellent shock resistance and durability. Molding temperature is low, and allows for reforming after it has set. Lightweight, non rusting, high compression strength. Penetration, acid & alkali resistant.

BC 5105 is a clear, unfilled, low viscosity laminating system. This heat resistant resin exhibits excellent wet out, reasonable working time and may be used at room temperature without postcuring. For use above 150°F a post-cure is required. Post cure for applications requiring temperatures above 150°F can be accomplished in an oven or in use by a gradual heat rise; 2hours @ 150°F, plus 2 hours @ 250°F, plus 2 hours at 300°F. BC 5105 can afford consistent use to 300°F if required. Does not contain VCHD or MDA. Typical uses include constructing vacuum form tools, Injection and compression molds, RTM and RIM molds, and matched dies.

RailGard® 2040 VOC is a high build, direct to metal epoxy to be applied as a single coat system for the exterior of railcars.

Duresco NU 6110 T/NU 6110 V is a Glass fiber reinforced epoxy molding compound with very good mechanical properties for high temperature applications.

Araldite® GT 7071 N is a low melting solid unmodified epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A. with narrow molecular weight distribution. Araldite® GT 7071 N can be added to alkyd/amino stoving enamels to enhance their quality and to powder coatings e.g. to improve their flow.

APCM SG 4528-029CU-102V is a medium weight, conductive, surfacing film composed of a non-woven metallic copper mesh impregnated with a toughened epoxy resin plus an ultra light weight veil for outstanding surfacing capability. It is designed for lightning and shielding protection of aircraft, equipotential ground planes and as a counterpoise for antenna installations.

GMS Composites EP – 290 is a nano-toughened epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from 100°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-290 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. This nano-toughened system has outstanding fracture properties and resistance to microcracking. The prepreg has good flow and is of medium tack.

PRF Composite Materials RP570 is a high performance formulated epoxy resin system with rapid Tg development enabling extremely short process times and excellent esthetic finish. A press tool held at constant temperature of 140°C can produce a part every 4 minutes ready for painting. RP-570 can be supplied on a variety of woven fabrics.

AX-4270 is Structural Epoxy Aramid Prepreg.

AEROMARINE PRODUCTS 300/11 Clear Potting And Encapsulation Epoxy Resin – 2 Quart Kit is a high performance epoxy adhesive used in the manufacture and repair of aircraft, boats, sporting goods, and industrial products. It bonds wood, metals, fiberglass, and most hard plastics. It is not recommended for use on polyethylene, polypropylene silicone, anodized metals, or Teflon. It is also widely used for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It has a simple 1:1 mix ratio and is also used as a coating to provide a dielectric barrier.

Pettit Protect® High Build Epoxy Primer Gray 4700 is a heavy duty, two component epoxy coating for use where maximum resistance to fresh or salt water is required. It reduces water absorption in fiberglass hulls, making it an excellent choice for the prevention and repair of osmotic blisters. Pettit Protect’s high-solids formula allows for quicker and easier application with fewer coats necessary for effective protection. Pettit Protect also provides dependable corrosion protection on steel, aluminum, and all other underwater metals. It is ideally suited for commercial and pleasure craft applications and has excellent durability. Pettit Protect white 4100/4101 offers all the benefits of gray Pettit Protect High Build Epoxy Primer in a white color that will not bleed through even the lightest colored bottom paints. Specifically designed for use below white and lightcolored Vivid bottom paints, its use reduces the number of finish coats needed to achieve full color. Pettit Protect has excellent durability in exterior exposures, although, like most epoxies, it will chalk if not top coated.

CHS-EPOXY 141 is a Low molecular weight "2,5 - type" epoxy resin.

Admark Polycoats AP 8030 is a non reactive resin modifier. its used in Marine, protective, and industrial coatings that require increased flexibility. Also, can be used in structural adhesive applications.

3501-6 is an amine cured epoxy resin system supplied with unidirectional or woven carbon or glass fibers. Typical reinforcement is continuous AS4 carbon filaments. 3501-6 was developed to operate in a temperature environment of up to 350°F (177°C). AS4/3501-6 is recommended for general purpose structural applications.

Rezimac® 12-1204 is an epoxy ester exhibiting excellent hardness and adhesion, as well as alkali and abrasion resistance. This resin finds use in concrete coatings and maintenance primers. It can also be used in trade sales applications because of its mineral spirits solubility. Manufactured in North America. All components of this product are listed on the DSL.
