This exceptional coating is intended for areas where a combination of high strength, chemical and oil resistance, and a totally waterproof surface are required. The key component in POLAROOF RAC-OZ is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® and Factory Mutual Research Corporation®.

This product group is the most common in injection molding applications. Polypropylene as a matrix material offers a wealth of properties that really bring a natural fiber to life. Depending on the product application, these materials can be filled with up to 75% of the natural fiber, so customer-specific requirements can be largely met.

True-Bond PS™ concrete filler and bonder will not separate from concrete. Resurfaces chipped and pitted concrete. Resists wear. corrosives, weather. impact. Bonds cracked curbing, masonry, swimming pools. Waterproof. One application lasts for many years. Can be used at any temperature above 34°F. Quickest cure is at 70° F or higher.

The VINNEVA® brand comprises a range of polymer-based dispersions for the modification of bitumen emulsions. The dispersions are usually post-added to the bitumen emulsions.

Developed in Europe in the late 1980’s Ectoflex 646™ is considered to be a superior polymer modified coating. Ectoflex 646™ was applied at the water line on all piers of the bridge for its excellent barrier to chlorides and to accommodate concrete cover deficiencies, thus providing protection against the elements. Ectoflex 646™ products are a two component, ready to use, flexible crack bridging, polymer–modified cementitious coating. It provides protection of concrete mortar and masonry services. Ectoflex 646™ is an excellent barrier to chlorides. Independent testing confirms the use of 1mm of Ectoflex is considered the equivalent of 10mm of concrete cover. NSF approval for Ectoflex 646™ for potable water can be acquired.

ECOTINT® Premium is a unique selection of 20 high performance organic and inorganic colorants which can be combined to form a flexible customized POS tinting system. These colorants are perfect for exterior paints and plasters to cover the full color spectrum.

Acronal® is a range water-based emulsions. Acronal® range for exterior paints covers styrene and pure acrylics which offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. Acronal® range for wood and trim paints offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. In addition, our styrene acrylics have an outstanding chemical resistance, which is very important for exterior applications. BTC’s range of Acronal® dispersions covers both selfcrosslinking and non selfcrosslinking dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give decorative foils, filters and wallpaper excellent mechanical properties. In air and oil filters for the automotive industry they improve durability and performance. In high-quality decorative paper foil, our binders ensure a high level of stability of the bonded fibers. To abrasives our binders ensure the abrasives flexibility and reduce abrasive particle wear. BTC’s Acronal® types for natural fibers are acrylic dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give nonwovens made of synthetic fibers their exceptional and different functional properties.

FireBinder is a powdered natural resin added to waterproofing formulations for the packaging of fireworks and signal cartridges. The main ingredient for this plant-based product is obtained from a native Brazillian tree, the Parana Pine.

ECOTINT® TO contains 2 transparent iron oxides for wood finishing and paints applications. Due to their transparent nature, the wood structure remains visible.
