APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Polycor® 947 Neutral Base have been developed for the fiberglass industry where reduced burn characteristics are needed. When properly applied, 947 series gel coats will meet ul 94v-0 requirements. Sfp gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin system. Federal, state or local regulations may limit their use in certain applications. Check with the appropriate governing agency. Since the flame properties of sfp gel coats in the cured state will vary depending on catalyzation, ultimate cure, and the laminating materials used, it is suggested that the user submit samples of the entire composite for testing by an independent lab. Polynt’s 947 series gel coats are designed for interior, non-water immersion service only. Because these gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin, they do not have good resistance to UV and/or water attack. These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Sfp's are available in many visually appealing colors. Certain custom color matching is available on request.

K100® Admixture is a liquid version of KALMATRON® KF-A as chemically active admixture to cement‐containing mixes that increases the cementitious value and volume of cement paste. K100® functioning as an inorganic oxidizer of micro-metal elements contained in the cementitious materials to provide extension of cement gel surface by decay-hydration of the cement grain from 100 µm to 10 µm. K100® is a cost‐effective solution that provides a transformation of conventional concrete mix to High Performance concrete. K100® makes concrete strong and durable without the need of any other admixture and/or supplement materials or future applications.

Eurogrip Marine is for use in marine and maritime applications. It comprises a heavy duty polyurethane adhesive slurry onto which high friction aggregate is scattered. This highly effective heavy duty surface is suitable for use on all types of vessel. It is used with 1-3mm size high friction aggregate.

Alabama Pigments Company Dark Walnut Class I is a color hardener which are a pigmented cementitious powder that can be broadcast or dusted onto the surface of freshly placed concrete, to create a dense, abrasion-resistant surface that is permanently colored. Color hardeners can be troweled, broom finished or textured and stamped to create authentic looking stone or patterned textures. The use of color hardeners make it possible to achieve any number of bright or light colors, or any combination of them on gray concrete.

TS202 is a 25% solids high performance proprietary formulation of non-yellowing pure acrylic polymer resin in a <100 g/L VOC water base. It can be used as a curing agent for newly placed concrete or for sealing existing decorative concrete, pavers, or exposed aggregate. TS202 provides durable protection, color enhancement, and low gloss “satin look” appearance. It combats freeze/ thaw, restricts water and moisture, limits dirt buildup and stains, retards mold and mildew, blocks efflorescence, increases surface durability, and reduces scaling and spalling. The TS202 can also be used to mitigate dusting on most existing concrete surfaces. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. It can also be used as a joint sand stabilizer for interlocking stone, pavers, and brick. It locks pavers in place, prevents erosion of joint sand, and reduces growth of weeds. TS202 has a milky white appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have a “satin look” with low gloss finish when dry.

KPR 6420 by Kemrock Industries and Exports is a general purpose, orthophthalate-based unsaturated polyester resin (UPR). It is available as liquid and cast resin. Offers excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. KPR 6420 is suitable for processing by pultrusion. Recommended for FRP composites.

PS111 is a proprietary water based ready-to-use silicate treatment that is applied to uncolored and unsealed freshly placed interior or exterior concrete. It is not film forming and penetrates deeply into the pores and capillaries of the top layer of a surface. The PS111 chemically reacts with calcium hydroxide within matrix of structure of concrete to form added Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) which is the main binder in concrete. This technology helps with the proper curing and hydration of concrete by reducing rapid water evaporation while retaining breathability. The PS111 is easier, more efficient, and less costly to apply than traditional curing agents or methods and also becomes a permanent part of the concrete itself. It does not interfere with the subsequent application of penetrating sealers, the bonding of topical coatings, or the adhesion of glues or mastics used in floor coverings. It is an ideal treatment for smooth troweled or broom finished concrete surfaces. The PS111 also improves the hardness, strength, abrasion and wear resistance, long term durability, and overall integrity of a treated surface. It reduces dusting not caused by actual surface defects, provides long term protection against wear and traffic, and lowers the overall maintenance of a surface. The PS111 is environmentally friendly, VOC compliant, non-flammable, non yellowing, and odorless. It is breathable with minimal impact to traction coefficient. PS111 has a clear appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have little, or no, noticeable change in appearance when dry.

NORSODYNE® C 55377 AL - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic-Neopentylic. It is used to produce agglomerated and engineered stones through casting method.

Anchortech® Premium Fast Dry Adhesive Sealant Black is a fast dry, paintable, hybrid polyurethane adhesive sealant provides excellent permanent adhesion to fiberglass, plastic, wood, teak, aluminum, steel, boat hardware and other substrates in or out of the water. Forms 100% waterproof seal and approved for permanent water submersion. Provides excellent flexibility with superior resilience for joint movement +/- 25%. This product has excellent “green strength” meaning it exhibits instant grab-and-hold characteristics. High elongation of 350% provides flexibility and extends product life.

Polydyne® 6082 - orthophthalic resin for roof tiles, promoted, medium viscosity and with UV absorber. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, home and domestic applications, industrial sector etc.

Polynt Group BMC LP 250/22 RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good surface are combined into the BMC RF 1600/20. BMC RF 1600/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polynt Group Fireblock 2330PAWK745 is an unpromoted flame-retardant gel coat formulated for use as an inmold coating for composites manufacturing. Fireblock™ 2330PAWK745, when used in combination with Norsodyne™ fireblock™ resin products, allows manufacturers to fabricate composites parts that meet requirements for a variety of markets, including transportation, building, architecture and construction.

Cor-Ban® 35 is a long lasting, high solids, low volatile, high penetration, and water displacing corrosion inhibiting compound.

Epovia Optimum® KRF-2000SE is brominated vinyl ester resin for hand lay up-filament winding with low color, low foaming, fast cure and it is generally used in building and construction, chemical industry, industrial sector, railway sector applicatons.

POLYSHIELD HT™ SL is a fast-set, high-performance, spray-applied, plural-component, pure polyurea elastomer. Thissystem is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders and prepolymers. It provides a flexible,tough, resilient monolithic membrane with good water and chemical resistance.

TUFF-POXY 607-WB is a two-component, liquid-applied, water-borne epoxy primer/sealer for various substrates. It is one of the primer/sealers used with the moisture-curing deck coating systems. It is a two-component, low odor, liquid applied epoxy primer/sealer designed for easy mixing with a simple 1 to 1 volume ratio. The primer/sealer may be applied after thoroughly mixing the two components together and allowing a 30 minute induction period.

PRECIDIUM™ 2100 is a 100% solids, high-performance, two-component polyurea elastomer ideally suited for flooring applications where self-leveling properties are advantageous. It has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, coupled with superior physical properties. PRECIDIUM™ 2100 is a self-leveling system intended for use as a seam or system repair or membrane.

D1-220-AB Boron-free glass direct rovings or single-end continuous rovings are designed for use in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin systems. Typical products include pultrusion profiles such as window frames, ladders, telecommunication cables and gratings. High-voltage insulating rods, tanks and pipes, etc. are also included.

NBF-150 is a tough multilayer nylon based vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures such as wind turbine blades and nacelles, boat hulls and decks and other industrial structures. The film is ideal for use in both resin infusion and prepreg molding applications with a maximum recommended temperature use of 300°F. NBF-150 is not suitable for autoclave processing.
