ELASTOSIL® R 402/65 OH is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) that is optimized for extrusion. This transparent compound allows for high extrusion speeds and the production of high-quality tubes. The peroxide-cured vulcanizates made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound can be easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT.
