SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. TOP KOTE is a self-polishing floor finish designed to give tile floors a durable high gloss finish. TOP KOTE dries to a crystal clear, scuff and heel mark resistant, protective coating. TOP KOTE will prolong the life of a sealed tile floor, acting as a sacrificial protective layer for the tile. The floor finish can be reapplied as needed to refresh the appearance of the floor, and can easily be removed with MOP OFF.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 100 ESD HB is a high solids, three-component, high-build epoxy resin system designed to facilitate electrostatic control. PIP 100 ESD HB is supplied with a blended cycloaliphatic amine curing agent that exhibits good UV and chemical resistance. This product produces a durable gloss finish.

MiraFlor WB is a two-component, 40% solids, water-based self-priming epoxy coating designed for use in multiple types of flooring applications. It can be installed neat for thin film flooring applications or with the addition of synthetic aggregate for improved slip resistance.

Super 20™ is a single-component, color-enhancing, high gloss sealer developed for concrete or any cement-based product. It is vapor permeable, yet reduces the penetration of fluids into the surface.

K Pro CRS is the highest performance, 100% solids, special blend of chemical and abrasion resistant epoxy resins and hardeners. It is particularly recommended for cold and or damp conditions, since it can cure in temperatures as low as 45°F and under wet conditions. Neat K Pro CRS produces a high gloss, with a low chance of blushing under damp conditions.

Stamped & Decorative Concrete Sealer 400A is a film forming sealer specifically manufactured to provide 200 to 300% more working time on stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and other forms of decorative concrete than traditional low-VOC sealers. Monochem 45 is a two-component, high solids, self-leveling epoxy-cycloaliphatic amine. For added decorative and safety options, you can broadcast plastic chips, color micas, metallic pigments, color quartz, silica sand and other aggregates. It is designed as a high performance primer, base or interior top coat.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 1000 FS are a two-component or three component (with color packs), universal, 100% solids, epoxy resin coating systems that can be applied either clear or pigmented. CERTI-VEX AC1315 HG is a 30% solids, styrene acrylic, solvent-based, non-yellowing curing, sealing, hardening, dust proofing and water repellent compound that is tough, chemical resistant, and long lasting. The product is design to protect and enhance exterior new and existing concrete, stamped, decorative and exposed aggregate concrete and architectural horizontal and vertical sections where a clear, high gloss and shine is required. Certi-Vex AC 1315 HG also provides protection from the damaging effects of water penetration and staining. Certi-Vex AC1315 HG features breathable technology which allows moisture vapor to pass through rather than becoming trapped, preventing whitening, peeling and flaking.

Aiflooring Sealer LS is designed to be used as a clear coat sealer for the TerraChip and TerraQuartz® systems. It can be used as a stand alone sealer for these two systems, or as the first clear coat prior to the application of TerraThane®. It provides a non-blush, high gloss finish with excellent wear resistance. TerraGrip can be added to Sealer LS to provide slip resistance. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy. The use of hydrogenated epoxy technology results in excellent UV stability for an epoxy coating. It is supplied clear.

CHEM-NOVOLAC is a two-component, solvent-free, 100% sol epoxy system which exhibits superior resistance to acids, b mineral and organic, alkalis, salts, solvents, oils and ot chemicals. CHEM-NOVOLAC is high gloss, abrasion resist and moisture insensitive. Coatings and toppings of CHE NOVOLAC have excellent resistance to thermal shock w subjected to frequent steam or hot water cleaning.

SURFA-SEAL AU is a non-yellowing water-based acrylic urethane sealer for concrete surfaces. It is available in a clear gloss, semi-gloss and low sheen finish. SURFA-SEAL is recommended for all exposed concrete.

Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is a ultra-clear epoxy coating formulated to provide a durable high-gloss protective surface. Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is ideal for concrete and wood floor surfaces and is ideal for a clear-coat over flake and quartz floors. Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is also excellent as a sealer coat over artificial rock and coral structure used in underwater exhibits and aquariums.

Abocoat 8106-5™ is recommended for coating damp floors and walls, hard freshly poured concrete, and many painted surfaces. Preferred for applications requiring low vapor emission and low fire hazard during application, such as schools, restaurants, and enclosed areas. Thin with water.

Armor SX5000 is a department of transportation approved solvent-based Silane-Siloxane water repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SX5000 are more resistant to the damaging effects of water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw and salt damage, staining, mold and mildew, and efflorescence. It can be applied to interior and exterior, vertical and horizontal unsealed surfaces.
