TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. It is particularly suitable for recycled polymers, as it can be used to compatibilize PE in PP, PP in PE, and PA in polyolefins. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is ideal for producing automotive parts, electronic appliances, packaging materials, consumer goods, and oriented packaging straps. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications, including improved mechanical performance, better weld line strength, and prevention of stress cracking and whitening. It also improves mold release properties, reduces manual interventions, and allows for more exact reproduction of surface structure, resulting in shorter cycle times.

TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications. It reduces gelling, resulting in lower failure rates, reduces pressure, increases throughput, and prevents melt fracture and shark skin effect. It also reduces surface roughness. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 shortens cycle times, prevents cut propagation in oriented tapes and films, and improves mechanical performance, including notched impact strength and elongation at break. It also prevents stress cracking and whitening.

METABLEN™ C 223A is a butadiene-based rubber and graft copolymer. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UFL36SXP compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant, Heat Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

This product features vivid and resplendent look with improved ductility and medium flow. UV stabilized. Color package may affect performance. LNP COLORCOMP J1000AE compound is based on unfilled Polyethersulfone (PES) resin. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding.

This injection moldable grade exhibits high elongation and high stiffness along with temperature performance, impact resistance, hydrolytic and dimensional stability. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers offering UL94 V0 ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.
