The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

844WB is a one-part, clear, water-based ESD paint made from a high quality aliphatic polyester urethane latex. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. This non flammable, low odor, low VOC coating is used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures. 844WB can be applied by roller, brush, manual and selective spray equipment.

The 1035 Premium RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a one-part, spreadable, non-corrosive, translucent paste. It is a fast curing and designed to provide quick initial adhesion build. The adhesive sealant retains elastomeric properties for long periods at temperatures from -60 to 204 °C (-76 to 399 °F). The 1035 is excellent for the sealing and bonding of electronic components onto printed circuit boards and protecting copper connections on electronic part assemblies. It also provides excellent weather proofing where power cords enter motors. It can be used as a gasket for leak resistant sealing and insulating.

SC-550-LV-TC-1 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-1 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-550-LV-RT is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component, room temperature curing system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily re-workable.

UV-8403 is a low viscosity, light curing epoxy adhesive that bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including engineered plastics such as UltemTM, LexanTM, and ABS. This product exhibits good surface wetting and adhesion to glass and many plastics. UV-8403 cures to a clear polymer when properly cured. This product requires direct light exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cure in the presence of UVA light (310-365nm).

UV-8311 is a low viscosity, fast curing, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers excellent strenth wetting properties. UV-8311 cures to a high Tg, rigid polymer with excellent adhesive to metals, ceramics, and glass.This product requires direct light exposure during cure. UV-8311 can cure fully in under 10 seconds using optimal cure conditions. Due to the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cures best in the UVA wavelengths

LEEBOND 37-75 is a proprietary two-part epoxy adhesive used in both electrical-grade potting and structural adhesive applications. Cured systems demonstrate excellent toughness, impact resistance and exceptional bond strength for hard to bond to substrates. This system can be cured at both room temperature or accelerated with modest heating.

UV-8509R is a non-sag, fast curing, urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal based substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV light sources it is suggested that the user test and specify UV intensity and exposure time. This material is specially formulated to have reduced surface tack due to oxygen inhibition.

ECP 505 EMI Shielding Silver Plated Copper Paint Is supplied ready for use, it is designed to give low resistance in thin film thickness, and exhibits excellent EMI shielding and grounding properties displaying excellent adhesion to most plastics and is ideal for electronic equipment housing. It exhibits excellent long term shielding and grounding properties while providing an esthetically pleasing appearance.

LEECAST 38-191 is a proprietary two-part epoxy adhesive and encapsulating compound. It has been used extensively for potting lead wires in UL-listed commercial gasoline pumps. LEECAST 38-191 has exceptional chemical resistance, especially in respect to gasoline, various gasoline alcohol additives, and other aggressive organic solvents. It also features fast room temperature cure and excellent adhesion to a variety of wire coatings and other substrates. It is formulated with enough thixotropy to inhibit sag on vertical surfaces and self-leveling when applied in a bead on horizontal surfaces.

NANOMYTE® SR-500EC is a transparent coating designed to provide easy-to-clean surfaces. The product, a hard, dense and smooth coating, is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. The coating resists scratching and chipping, strongly adheres to metal, glass and ceramic surfaces, and has superior water repellency and soil resistance. SR-500EC is a single component product that is easily applied by dip, spray or brush techniques. The coating can be cured at room temperature.

126-28 is a carbon filled, screen-printable, electrically conductive ink suitable for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other surfaces. RTK7659 has excellent thermal conductivity and the low Tg of the adhesiveimposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.

Anchor Seal SY5822D* Clear is anchor-seal epoxy for potting compounds and encapsulants coils and transformers. It is rapid cure, low color, mercaptan (sulfur) odor and is not recommended for underwater use..

NAMICS-Diemat H 9607 is a die attach adhesive (conductive, heat-curing type). It is applicable for all LED colors. It has good adhesion at high temperature.

Silicone Solutions SS-155 is a UV dual cure neutral silicone RTV adhesive rubber developed for applications requiring fast UV cure. SS-155 is a 1-part silicone that when applied and cured, allows handling of the bonded assembly within seconds. A secondary moisture cure enables full curing in shadowed areas. SS-155 works well in manual and automatic dispensing equipment.
