NORYL™ HS2000X resin exhibits strong electrical performance, dimensional stability, very low moisture absorption, and hydrolytic stability. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ FNH2160 resin is a foamable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) and offers 20% weight reduction at 6.35mm (0.250”) wall. This material contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant with a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3.9 mm and V1 at 3mm. NORYL™ FNH2160 resin offers fast cycle time, improved processing, and exhibits good dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES HPC17 is based on high heat Polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with Vicat of 170°C, specially targeted for healthcare applications and is subject to Healthcare Management of Change, Biocompatible according to ISO 10993 or USP Class VI. This grade is optimized to reduce tendency of yellowing of transparent resins within a broad processing window. It is available in limited colors.
