VINNOL® H 40/55 is a copolymer comprising approximately 62 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 38 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. Functioning as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 40/55 undergoes film formation once the solvent present in the formulation has evaporated.

DEHESIVE® 929 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications. This product has good curing properties, very good flow properties and coverage, an extremely stable release, excellent bath life, and excellent long-term anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

HDK® T40 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® T40 finds applications in flexographic printing, gravure printing, industrial wood coatings, inkjet paper, offset printing, and printing inks.

VINNOL® E 15/45 M is a carboxylate-containing terpolymer consisting of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It functions primarily as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

VINNAPAS® EP 710 is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that is characterized by its low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue content. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 710 provides enhanced adhesion to films, particularly polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, it demonstrates high-viscosity thickening responses to plasticizers and solvents.

HDK® H20 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. It also serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone-elastomers. Additionally, HDK® H20 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is a versatile polymer dispersion with high water resistance and excellent compatibility. This product is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is produced without using formaldehyde donors and without adding plasticizers or organic solvents.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer specifically designed as a base polymer for high-performance adhesives. It is produced without using formaldehyde donors. VINNAPAS® eco EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

VINNAPAS® EP 760 is a unique rapid-setting vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It stands out as more than just a high-solids version of the VINNAPAS® EP series. This polymer exhibits exceptional adhesion to challenging substrates that are typically difficult to bond, such as polyester, polyethylene terephthalate, tempered aluminum foil, and polystyrene.

VINNAPAS® EP 709 is characterized by its high cohesive strength and tensile strength, thanks to its Tg (glass transition temperature) of about +7 °C. It exhibits excellent adhesion to hard substrates and demonstrates great compatibility with inorganic fillers. VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. HDK® H1000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in various types of electrophotographic toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. It offers medium surface area (BET) and consists of medium-sized silica particles.

This product offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints.

VINNOL® H 40/50 is a copolymer composed of approximately 63 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 37 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

VINNOL® H 15/42 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 86 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 14 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder undergoes film formation as the solvent present in the formulation evaporates.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

VINNAPAS® EP 706 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene-based copolymer that is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. It offers good machinability and strong wet tack, providing enhanced adhesion to films such as polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706 exhibits very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

VINNAPAS® SAF 608 is a water-based dispersion containing a fine-particle-sized copolymer of styrene and acrylic acid ester. It has a solid content of 50%. This product is manufactured without the inclusion of coalescents, organic solvents, plasticizers, or compounds containing alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO). It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

VINNOL® H 14/36 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 86 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 14 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physical drying process, forming a film as the solvent contained in the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. It provides better adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride, and exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces. The adhesive joints formed with this product are permanently flexible and have high cohesion.
