Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

ADDITOL® VXW 6396 is a multifaceted solution that excels as a flow promoter, leveling agent, and flow modifier in a variety of applications. MODAFLOW® 2100 is a clear to light yellow coating primarily designed for the automotive, transportation, and paints and coatings sectors. It finds extensive applications in automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, vehicle refinishing, and building and construction wood finishes. The product's versatility extends to various printing and packaging segments, including flexography, gravure printing, inkjet printing, offset, and lithographic printing. Additionally, it offers compatibility with substrates like metal and wood, and its cure method involves radiation.

MODAFLOW® EPSILON is an APEO-free and tin-free clearcoat technology suitable for the automotive and transportation, paints and coatings, and printing and packaging markets. This epoxy-based coating is utilized in applications such as automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, vehicle refinish, wood coatings and finishes, coil coatings, industrial coatings, metal coatings, packaging coatings, and various printing inks, including flexography, gravure, inkjet, lithographic, and screen printing. Employing radiation cure, it is compatible with metal and wood substrates, presenting a clear appearance.

ADDITOL® VXW 6503 N is a leveling and substrate wetting agent formulated with a polyether-modified polysiloxane, designed for waterborne paint systems. It effectively reduces surface tension, enhancing substrate wetting and leveling in the absence of foam stabilization. Notably, ADDITOL® VXW 6503 N maintains surface slip and does not impact recoatability. This formulation delivers improved performance in waterborne paint applications, making it a valuable addition for achieving optimal wetting and leveling characteristics without compromising other essential properties.

PEL-SIL™ CL340 is a nonreactive, acetate capped, silicone glycol copolymer surfactant supplied at 100 percent active concentration. It provides slip, gloss enhancement, pigment treatment and leveling for ink and coatings applications. Additionally, it provides mar resistance for coatings applications such as glossy printed materials. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is compatible with acrylic, epoxy, nitrocellulose, phenolic, polyester & polyurethane systems. With a low order of toxicity, this product acts as an anti-stick agent in printing ink applications. It is particularly useful for facilitating the slip of magazine covers over one another during printing and distribution. It is also used as a solubility aid to compatibilize blowing agents with isocyanates in the production of polyurethane foams. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is stable in neutral or mildly acidic or alkaline aqueous solutions. It Imparts anti-blocking and improves mar resistance of PU coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is an effective leveling agent for synthetic leather top coatings.

This product contributes to improved substrate wetting and helps maintain or enhance substrate adhesion. Additionally, MODAFLOW® RESIN serves as a defoaming agent, aids in air release, and facilitates pigment dispersion. Dynax DX4000 is a highly effective and efficient product, especially designed to provide rapid spreading, wetting and leveling performance to various water-based coating systems, such as paints, inks, floor polishes, etc., on low surface tension substrates that are difficult to wet out. DX4000 provides both superior dynamic and equilibrium surface tensions compared to conventional surfactants including fluorochemical and silicone surfactants: it quickly lowers the surface tension of aqueous solutions down to 16 dynes/cm at a very low concentration. DX4000 can be used without a defoaming agent because of its low foaming tendency

PAT-ADD FL 7 is a liquid flow agent solvent-borne systems, notably industrial coatings; this product is silicone and fluoro-free. The use of PAT-ADD FL 7 contributes to smooth films, improved appearance; free of imperfections like pinholes, orange peel or craters.

Chemguard S-764P-12A is a short chain, phosphate ester type fluorosurfactant. It is water based and free from volatile organic compounds (VOC). It provides surface tensions as low as 18 dyn/cm in water at very low concentrations. ChemguardS-764P-12A imparts enhanced wetting, spreading, leveling, anti-blocking, and flow control properties to various types of water-based coatings. It is therefore excellent for architectural paints and stains, concrete coatings, industrial coatings, and aqueous hydrocarbon surfactant solutions. ChemguardS-764P-12A has excellent dynamic surface tension properties which allow the rapid attainment of low equilibrium surface tensions. It is low foaming and can provide improved dirt pick-up resistance to exterior paints and interior low gloss paints, sealers, and stains.

Pat-Add SU4 is a series of unique nonionic surface active agents, which provide both wetting and defoaming in the same product. Due to the multifunctional properties, PAT-ADD SU 4 series provides performance benefits in many applications areas, such as paints, inks, adhesives and various other chemical formulations.The PAT-ADD SU 4 series is composed of products, all based on same active material but formulated in different solvent compositions. The active material is designed as PAT-ADD SU 4.

EDAPLAN LA 403 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

Chemguard S-764P-14A has excellent dynamic surface tension properties which allow for the rapid attainment of low equilibrium surface tensions. It is low foaming and can provide improved dirt pick-up resistance to exterior paints and interior low-gloss paints, sealers, and stains.

ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

At 100% active with a well-balanced surface-active capability, Teraflow® 1000 provides smoother films, allowing the application of thinner coatings, and contributes to substrate wetting, improvement of gloss, and recoat adhesion. Its novel pigment-affinic functionality, allows the formulator to optimize the dispersion of almost all pigments and extenders. It is soluble in ketones such as MEK and MIBK.

Silok® 4084 is Silicon-free defoamer, good defoaming and foam suppression, promote leveling, good compatibility with resin, and can be recoated.

Silok® 353-General Silicone Leveling Agent is general silicone rapid leveling agent and slipping agent with quick leveling, good smoothness and recoating.

Teraflow® 5000 contributes to a smooth film in water-based latex systems, urethanes, water-reducible and water-dispersible alkyd and polyester formulations for both air-dry and baking applications. At 40% active, the product offers a well-balanced surface-active functionality that provides an excellent combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic attributes, allowing the formulator to optimize the dispersion of almost all pigments and extenders.

GHEN Materials PAS –M1 is homopolymer of tertiary amine salt of methyldiallylamine(MDAA). It is designed for receivable coating formulations for ink jet paper. PAS-M1 will provide ink jet paper a high degree of color saturation and light fastness. PAS-M1 demonstrates excellent stability in acidic conditions.

Defoamer for water-based and solvent borne coating systems, silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 6375 shows good defoaming action in solvent borne coating systems: NC-systems and NC-combinations, AC- and epoxy-systems, PU and air drying acrylic systems, SCHWEGO foam 6375 has very good defoaming effect in water-based coating systems based on the following binders: Long oil alkyds, Medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/long oil alkyds, Epoxides.

Pat-Add SU420 is a nonionic surface active agent, which provides excellent wetting and dispersing features in aqueous systems. Pat-Add SU 420 acts as a foam destabiliser.Due to the multifunctional properties the PAT-ADD SU 420 provides performance benefits in many applications areas, such as paints, inks, adhesives and various other chemical formulations.Pat-Add SU 420 is easy workable, solvent-free liquid.Main application areas are WB industrial paints, WB inks and adhesives.

Deaerating additive for solvent borne, water-based and solvent free coating systems, free of silicone. SCHWEGO foam 6331 is suitable for almost all solvent borne and water-based coating systems. It is particularly effective in printing inks.

EDAPLAN LA 452 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 452 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

GHEN Materials PAS –H-5L is a homopolymer of quaternary ammonium salt of diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC). Because of the existence of quaternary ammonium salt, PAS-H-5L, 10L demonstrate excellent stability in acidic and alkaline conditions.

Silok® 310-Recoating Silicone Leveling Agent is a silicone leveling agent which has excellent heat-resisting performance, excellent compatibility and recoat ability.

Puyang Ruicheng Chemical C5 resin for Hot Melt Road Marking Paint RC-R1105 is a kind of particle yellowish resin which is a polymer of low molecular weight. Silok® 350-Rapid Silicone Leveling Agent is general silicone quick leveling agent with low surface tension and good wetting ability, permeability, which is especially suitable for film UV coating, silk-printed varnish, and water-based coating.

Filtrez™ 530 A is an alcohol soluble fumaric acid modified rosin ester with a high softening point and high acid value. Filtrez 530 A has good solubility and low viscosity in alcohol and aqueous ammonia solutions, which contributes to high gloss in overprint varnishes. This resin is commonly used in solvent and water-based gravure and flexographic inks. Filtrez 530 A also be used as a leveling and gloss-promoting agent in floor polishes.

ADD-3772 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.
