SYLVATAC RE 98 rosin ester is an economical pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin. This rosin ester is a broadly compatible tackifier. This is a versatile product for any application that can tolerate a slightly higher formulation color.

SYLVARES TP 96 resin is a low softening point terpene phenolic resin having broad polymer compatibility. This thermoplastic resin is designed to tackify hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesives providing improved tack, peel and flexibility for EVA, SIS and acrylic based systems. When formulated as a co-resin, this product will significantly improve performance and properties of styrenic block copolymers based adhesives with limited impact on heat resistance.

SYLVARES 1115 tackifier is a thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties. This high heat resistance resin exhibits excellent compatibility and tackifying properties for use in styrenic-block-co-polymers and for solvent acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesives. This resin can also be used to tackify metallocene polymers.

Polyfill Technologies Milky White is the very special masterbatch made from imported mineral filler having the particle size of 5 microns & most suitable for the tape plants having very high line speed of 400 meters/min. & above. The recommended rate of addition is 15 – 20 % with Polymer by weight. We recommend to Pre-heat the material before loading it to the plant for improved higher loading results. Apart from Woven Sack, Milky White can also be used as a functional filler in Vest Bags, Carry Bags, Jumbo Bags, Liners, and Box-Strapping Applications. For these applications one can achieve the loading upto 50% of PHR.

Foral 85 resin is the glycerol ester of highly hydrogenated wood rosin. It is an exceptionally pale thermoplastic resin that has outstanding resistance to oxidation and to discoloration caused by heat and aging.

Puyang Ruicheng Chemical C9 petroleum-resin RC-L140 is mainly made by product carbon 9 fractions which is from ethylene unit as raw material, it is a thermoplastic resin produced through some processes such as pretreatment, polymerization, distillation etc. C9 petroleum-resin isn’t a high polymer but a low polymer which the molecular weight is among 300-3000. Generally speaking, This kind of resin doesn’t use singly, but can be used with other resins as accelerant, regulator, and modifier.

KRITILEN® PT6302 is a black masterbatch containing 30% P-type carbon black on a PET carrier suitable for transparent black PET straps. DuPure G 86 E is a polypropylene homopolymer (produced with a phthalate-free catalyst) for extrusion and thermoforming applications. DuPure G 86 E shows an easy processability and a good stiffness/impact balance at ambient temperature. The extremely low water carry-over is a special advantage for the production of tapes.

Bron Tapes BT-284 Construction Grade Duct Tape 9 mil is a construction grade duct tape. It is conformable with high tack adhesion, and features a low VOC. It can be used for general repair, bundling, color coding, sealing off waste disposal bags, and other general purpose contractor uses.

KRITILEN® CE9125 contains 15% of a versatile chain extender/compatibiliser with a medium to high epoxy functionality based on a special PP carrier. This allows for rapid reaction with condensation thermoplastics (e.g. PET), resulting in higher molecular weight and by that, low quality recycled PET can be upgraded or that good quality one can be treated more robustly. The proposed KRITILEN® CE9125 addition rate is 1.5%-6.5%, depending on the recycled resin quality and proportion in the blend. KRITILEN® CE9125 should not be used at processing temperatures exceeding 320deg. Celsius.

Bitoner Resin TR-100 include C5 modified C9 resin and C9 modified C5 resin.

SYLVARES TR M1115 polyterpene resin is a biorenewable tackifier made from selected terpene monomers. This product can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. The aliphatic nature of this product allows compatibility with the mid-block of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers while limiting interaction with the styrenic endblocks providing a balance of tack, peel, cohesive strength, and heat resistance. It has a narrower molecular weight distribution, which improves compatibility with some adhesive elastomers.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-44W is a water based release coating, a low adhesion backside (LAB), designed for tapes with paper a substrate.

AQUATAC 2600 experimental resin dispersion is an alkyl phenol free rosin ester dispersion designed for high-performance waterborne pressure sensitive adhesives using the latest in surfactant technologies. This high solids tackifier dispersion is designed for use in Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) applications and combines high heat resistance with an excellent balance of shear, tack and peel properties.

Printcolor Screen Ink Series 552-1005 is UV screen printing ink for plastics. The Series 552 is a high-gloss, UV curing screen printing ink for functional and decorative printing on plastics, coatings and papers. The resulting color films are flexible, offer good chemical and block resistance and are suitable for medium-term outdoor use. During development of the series 552 the guidelines of REACH (especially SVHC) and the European Printing Ink Association (EuPIA) were met. The ink series therefore does not contain N-Vinyl Caprolactam (NVC / VCL) nor Bisphenol A (BPA).

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-15W is an enhanced release version of RA-13W that has been commercially available for many years. Its release properties are virtually identical to carbamate PVODC and yields easy-to-moderate unwind in standard and premium packaging tapes, and filament tapes.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-23S-T is a high total solids solution of a polyurethane release agent in toluene. It offers significant improvements over other release agents, such as PVODC.

PETOPLEN MH318 is a homopolymer polypropylene resin with medium molecular weight distribution. Thematerial is developed for monofilament production applications.

GCH Technology 5770 as a stabilizer, is superior to classic products such as UVAs and nickel-containing stabilizers. 5770 is very suitable, alone or in combination with oligomeric HALS, for the UV stabilization of tapes and thick items such as car bumpers and garden furniture. 5770 is recommended for polymers such as polyolefins, PS, HIPS, ABS, SAN. It is also effective in polyurethanes, polyamides and polyacetals.
