POLYCAT® SA 1 is a heat-activated, delayed-action polyurethane catalyst that is based on a strong cyclic amine called 1,5-diaza-bicyclo (5.4.0) undec-5-ene. It consists of POLYCAT® DBU and an organic acid "blocker." At room temperature, POLYCAT® SA 1 has low activity, but when heat is applied, its activity increases and becomes comparable to that of metallic salts. When POLYCAT® SA 1 is added to conventional amine catalyst systems, it acts as a delayed-action catalyst. It has a minimal impact on the initial reaction and does not significantly affect the flowability of the foaming mass. Its primary effect is on the final curing properties of the foam, allowing for accelerated curing and improved demould time. This material is a light brown liquid with low volatility and a slight amine-like odor. It is miscible with water and soluble in most organic solvents.

DABCO® Crystalline is a high-purity triethylenediamine (TEDA), serving as a powerful catalyst for urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reactions. It finds application in a variety of polyurethane applications. DABCO® Crystalline is used in all types of polyurethane foams, including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible, and elastomeric. Additionally, it is utilized in polyurethane coating applications. The main function of DABCO® Crystalline is to accelerate the reactions between isocyanate and water, as well as between isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.

DABCO® DMDEE is an amine blow catalyst specifically designed for single and/or multicomponent polyurethane systems. It is a low-activity catalyst that demonstrates high blow selectivity. This catalyst allows for excellent shelf life in OCF applications and offers good system stability when used with HFO blow agents.

POLYCAT® DBU is a powerful gel catalyst that offers excellent curing properties at high temperatures, specifically for artificial turf applications. It is a tertiary amine known as diazobicycloundecene (DBU), which greatly enhances the urethane reaction (polyol-isocyanate) in various applications such as semi-flexible microcellular foam, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.

KOSMOS® T 100 is a dimethyl tin-based catalyst used in the production of polyurethane foams, coatings, sealants, elastomers, RIM, and spray applications. It is a liquid organic tin compound known for its exceptional catalytic activity. KOSMOS® T 100 exhibits high selectivity towards the urethane reaction, resulting in shorter gel times and tack-free times.

Evonik Catalyst TD 18 is an organotin compound designed for catalyzing single- and two-component condensation-curing systems based on silicones as well as silane-terminated polyurethanes (Polymer ST). Chemically characterized as dioctyltin dicarboxylate, Evonik Catalyst TD 18 appears as a colorless to yellow substance.

DABCO® T 12 (dibutyltin dilaurate, DBTDL) is a catalyst that enhances the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in the manufacturing of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. It promotes rapid gel and tack-free times, contributing to improved mechanical properties in molded and slabstock foams.

POLYCAT® SA 2 LE is a low-emissive, delayed-action tertiary amine based on DBU. Compared to DABCO® MB 20, KOSMOS® MB 16 exhibits reduced sensitivity to residual moisture, resulting in shorter gel times and tack-free times. Deuteron® UV 1250 is a photoinitiator with 50.0% active content. In a liquid form, it serves various end uses such as radiation-curable adhesive, flexography ink, varnishes, screen printing ink, and laminating adhesive. P.A.T 184 Photoinitiator 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo-polymerisation of chemically unsaturated prepolymers - e.g. acrylates - in combination with mono or multifunctional vinyl monomers. 184 is especially recommended when UV coatings are required to exhibit only minimal yellowing even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
